LOL! I've started working out. It's just yoga for 15-30 mins in the morning and then do the twist for 20 minutes at night. 😆 Gonna do that for like a month and if it doesn't work, I'm starving myself. 😆

Go to the gym ! Burn calories.. Do yoga.. and then balance food
