The marriage rituals were over and all the guests were starting to leave except the family members who had been waiting for the post – marriage rituals to happen …… and the house was divided to two groups .. while the oldies just watched the youngsters playing and having fun …..
All the bhabi's , jiju's and all in –laws were on the side of khushi and all the brothers.. sisters and family members on maan's side …. Dev was with maan and geet with khushi….

Maan looked at her in a fierce manner and the whole hall went silent … and just then khushi lifted her hand that held the ring and just then a smile broke on his face ….
Saach keh rahi ho geet … cahe jis se bhi jeet loon tumhare di ke samne toh main haar hin jaunga ….
Every one sighed and laughed while maan extended his hand and khushi put the ring in it …..
Dev – kyun bhai ??? aap kyun haroge??? Aap ne ihn toh kaha ki maan singh khurana kabhi nahin harta …..

All the rasams were over and while the girls were taking khushi to maan's room …

Every one stopped in their track to listen what he had to say…. He took out a cheak and filled the amount and gave it to geet ….
Ise mere jitney bhi saalian aur behne aur bhabis …. Hain unhe de dena …. Aur tumhare liye yeh… tumahre sagai main nahin aaya tha … toh uska gift ….

While every one was confused at what was happening … maan walked to khushi an din a swift motion picked her up and turned to other once and said …..
Main chala aapni dulhan ko leke……
And with that he walked up to his room … as every one realized what maan had done there was a roar of wistling from back and khushi blushed profusely and hid herself in maan's neck….
Khushi – kya kar rahein ho maan ????
Maan – aapni patni ko duniya se door sirf aapne liye churake le jar aha hoon……
He said sweetly and with a dashing smile… khushi's heart melted and as they were inside their room she lifted herself and kissed him lovingly ……

The next week geet and her family had come to the KM for a lunch … it was the day before maan and khushi were going for their honeymoon…. All were waiting for them while maan in his study wrapping up things ….. soon the handa's entered and were welcomed heartily….
Maan came down when he was informed of their arrival … as soon as he was down he looked at geet and was stunt looking at her… she had choose to wear a pink salwar and was coming with khushi … carrying dishes… she was looking stunning … and then his gaze went to the girl who was his wife and his first love …. Geet nugged khushi and she looked up at him and blushed .. while all saw the blush in her cheeks…. Only three persons saw the pure love she had in her eyes … while dadi and geet were happy for them .. maan felt a pang in his heart …. He smiled in return…..
I will keep my promise khushi … main tumhe duniya ki haar khushi doonga ….. you are and always will be mine first …. And its true that I love you …..
He thought and pushed away the guilt and walked up to her and kissed on his cheeks infront of every one making khushi blush even more …. When geet looked at dadi she said…

As soon as dadi had said it geet began to cough badly and dev handed her a glass of water while winking at hr ….
Maan – waise uncle ...maa main aap logon se kuch advice cahta tha ….

Maan – whoh uncle … mian dev ko 6 month k eek course ke liye bhej raha hoon London…. Who course iske career ka liye bohat important hai … phir us course ke baad dev ko wahin London mian next 5 onths ke liye intership karna padega…. So basically dev about 1 year yahan se door rahega …. Toh main poochna cahta tha … ki dev next month jar aha hai … aap geet aur dev ke saadi ke liye wait karenge ya phir dev ke London jane se pehle hin saadi karwa denge ….
Mrs.handa – nahin bte… agar yeh course important hai toh let them wait till dev finishes his course… tab tak geet ka MBA bhi khatam h ojaega …..

Maan – thanks geet .. and in that time geet can join in KC … khusi is also working…. Isi bahane geet kaam bhi seekh legi aur acquainted bhi ho jaegi… saadi ke baad toh hamein hin milke pura business sambhalna hai …..

And with that he went inside giving her some privacy to fix herself and her emotions … while he was happy that geet believed him to discuss her inner fears with him….
