Story wise nothing changed but I guess when Teju came to know Manav is living with her actual aai who she thinks is some lady other than Archana ..she thought lets not increase confusions in life by calling Archana also aai and referring "that women" also aai sometimes ...(she says sometimes meri aai hoti to ...meri aai to hai nahi ...etc) .
So Teju is one sensible person there who is trying to reduce confusions in PR world :)

P.S: All in good humor ... and good sarcasm :)
