...are WEIRD! 😲

There are nine family members and one maid = 10 people living in the house. How on earth can Hetal buy only six mangoes? 😲and then eveyone very calmly decides that only two persons - the young men Ahem and Jigar ONLY - will get to eat them all?

How does this make any sense? does no one else deserve to taste them? The vaus are expected to prepare the milk shake and cutting etc but they don't get to eat? What about Chirag, the head of the family? what about Ba, the matriarch?

They're seriously messed up. No wonder they're fighting like cats and dogs over a bunch of mangoes.

As for Urmi - NO WORDS!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢 - I was simply too grossed out.

seriously i keep wondering if they have said atleast once that "meri Gopi bahu ko yeh pasand hai... or Rashi dikra ki pasand ki chees aaj khaaney mein banaayenge..."
Its all about my Jigar and my Ahem... nobody bothers about Koki's,Hetal's,Chirag's,Parag's or even about Baa's favourite...where is the question of Gopi and Rashi...
and to top it all have they ever bothered to invite Kinjal and treat her and Dhawal with their favourite food...?
Its like they have washed their hands off Kinjal...

Exactly! They behave like these two guys are princes and the only people entitled to anything! How bizarre is that? And worse, Ahem takes it as his right.

And you're exactly right about Kinjal - they have completely abandoned her to her own devices. The poor girl owes some agent Rs 1 lakh due to an accident to her looks and it should have been the easiest thing to ask her parents but no! She has been shunted out of the way and she doesn't even consider asking her maika for that amount to help her out of a crisis.

Hetal was making cheelas for chirag coz he likes them. The oly people who are sidelined i guess are parag rashi and gopi. Rashi had got sev puri for gopi but gopi could not even enjoy it i think the bhukkad s ate it

bubble, sorry to say but this is the exact secnario in most of the indian households.
till the husband works, the food revolves around his taste and likings
once the son's grow up, the father is sidelined. it is always the son and his taste.
it is pointed out to the father, you had you time now you are old, let the yongone enjoy.
as for the bahu, she is another commodity in the household who should and will go by her husbands tastes.
so nothing wrong in what was shown.

And the funny part is the rule applies only to her , whereas Urmi is free to roam and enjoy the delicacies directly from Modi's kitchen in spite of creating huge kands putting modi's to shame equally as much as Kinjal's kand...

I think it should be called as Urmi's maayka rather than Kinjal's depending on the frequencies of visits Urmi makes to MM...😆

Even Rashi doesn't go to her maayka as much as Urmi visits MM and to top it all she shamelessly gobbles up sweets and savories without being asked for ...😕

Urmi served them meager food when Modi's visited CM and still have the heart to eat at their place so many times...CHI'... I have no words for this character which stoops so low'.. she is seriously inhuman ...🤢

Oops I think I have diverted from the main topic...sorry Topic creator for hacking your page...

Shruti,
It may be common enough but that doesn't stop yesterday's scenario from being ridiculous. They're supposed to be a prosperous family, right? full of daan dakshina and what not. But, the CVs love to make a grand drama out of kitchen politics. 😆
