How to avoid Shyam? - will Kushi go to office?

I didnt see any post on this and hence thought of posting..

Now that Kushi wants to avoid Shyam and she can't tell Arnav about it, will she tell him to stay at home or take her to office?? she has to do this indirectly so that he won't know the real reason..am a bit confused..what u guys think?

I think when shyaam in nere she will go more closer to Arnav...
case to her Arnav is not her husband for 6 months but for her life time so she will go more closer to Arnav I think so...
