March 20th: Mohan to the rescue

Decent epi today...most of it went in Renu's comedy over wanting to copy Megha and find a job😆...have to say Rinku Karmarkar did a great job😆...and family's bemusement over all this was funny too.


Anyways, moving on to the actual significant bits today.


1) Mausam badal raha hai😆...the opening scene was really cute...subah subah Guru radio pe gaana lagata hai...and which song does it have to turn out to be? "Pyar maanga hai tumhi se"😆...Mohan ji is lost in his own thoughts brushing his teeth and scanning the Vyas house ki terrace for a glimpse of Nanhi maybe? Then he realizes which song is playing and motions for Guru to turn it up😆...Guru's expressions are hilarious there...I liked the entire bit as Mohan thinks back to the scene from the lift again and his eyes are searching for Megha through that window subconsciously...Guru obviously catches on...lol...hilarious how he was leaning around Mohan and smirking at him...and saying, "mausam badal raha hai"...Mohan had no dialogues in this scene but his body language and expressions were enough to communicate with Guru...Loved the ending with Guru singing "Na inkaar karo"😆...I don't think I can tire of them showing that lift scene ka FB even if they've been showing it since 2 epis now...that moment was really cute😆



2) Mohan blasting off that idiot in the office👏👏👏...Such kya TASHAN hai Mohan bhaiyya ka office mein...full on SWAGGER hai star reporter ka, haan?😆...The way he grabbed the collar of that guy and told him I'd bash your face in but that would scare your 2 year old daughter...kya dialogues the😆...anyways, I loved the sense Mohan talked there...especially when he turned to the other guy and said, "Iska bhi galat matlab nikaalega tu?"😆...And that guy got so scared...the way they were all watching him...sab kitna darte hain Mohan se wahaan😆...and then kitne aaraam se he just goes and sits on his desk and asks for his chai😆


3) Unfortunately a lot of Prateek the creepster in this epi too🤢🤢...this guy continues to get more and more pathetic by the day...Dimpy comments that women find married men boring toh this guy is actually sitting in his office wondering if Megha finds him boring...and ofcourse the most cringe-inducing portion towards the end where he is FULL ON leching over Megha on the pretext of showing her something on his laptop...Megha senses something for sure I feel cuz she was giving to the point answers to anything he was saying...polite and aloof...even as he was saying stuff like "I like your sari"😕🤢...and all that crap about admiring working women.


And Mohan walks in and sees this...so I was wondering if Mohan has caught on or not...when the precap just surprised me so pleasantly...Mohan KNOWS😆...Prateek ne precap mein toh saari hadhein paar kar di...wanting Megha to put balm on his neck and shoulder🤢🤢🤢...but Mohan jumps in and says HE'LL fix him👏😆😆...and starts spraying him with god knows what😆

So the writers have surprised me again here by showing that Mohan has caught on...and he's found his own way of fixing Prateek on this front...they've given it a bit of a light/comic tone too...

Another thing I'm wondering...just before this Mohan had decided to go and tell Prateek the truth about the flyover report...will he still do that now seeing how Prateek is leching over Megha?

You have said it all. Mohan-guru scene was very good. Mohan was brushing so he didn't have to answer guru, so he escaped from spilling something and getting caught more.

Nur ... for me the highlight today was just the precap ! 😆

Honestly I didn't think uski dimaag ki bathi jalegi ... but I guess he has ESP where Megha is concerned !!!
Did you see how courteously he asked Mrs Vyas to leave the room ??? I really ROFL ... was literally jumping up and down in my chair !
That 'Pracreep' really grossed me out today ... he was all over Megha ... not sure if Megha smelt something ... but I felt she did stiffen up and tried to draw him back to the subject ... after all women do have an in-built radar where leches are concerned !
Talking of how Mohan caught on to Pracreep's intensions ... remember ... when they showed that PDA with Prerana in the office Mohan was quite uncomfortable ...at that time I thot it was becos he was embarassed ... now I feel maybe he felt uncomfortable for Prerana's sake becos he knows the lecherous side of Prateek ...
Whatever it is ... life just became more diff for Mohan in the office ... he has to keep his boss in good humour and at the same time shield his MIrchi Madam from his boss !

-Loved the opening scene with Mohan-Guru..just the setting itself was so casual...Mohan busy brushing...waise I simply do not get why people walk around anywhere but the loo and brush their teeth...lol..but Monu ke liye I forgive...I liked how he is in a good mood even after a very eventful day before..and Megha's words have not dampened his resolve in any way.. Liked the looks he gave Guru asking him to turn up the volume 😆...abhi pata chala hai ki Mohan always craves shanti raat ho ya subah..par khud hi he is a complete anti thesis to shaanti..like we witnessed in the elevator scenes..where he had so say something every 10 seconds..😆.. Guru's mausam badal raha comment...hehe...and then came the flying towel! 🤣 🤣

-Renu and her naukri...I find it so amusing that everything she does revolves around Megha...Megha ko taane dena, megha's children, megha's job etc.. Renu is just a very insecure person...and she wants to receive the same kind of admiration and respect that Megha commands..so yeah I feel kinda sorry for her at times...

-Mohan at the office..word!. that swagger and the way he shuts them all up...I like how Mohan can be the cool fun loving guy but no one dare take advantage of that.. he maintains a fine balance..

-Prateek...yuck yuck...Megha should have definitely sensed something...but she seems relaxed in the precap..so I'm not completely sure about that...Mohan picking up on Prateek's intentions is a good turn of events...I guess like someone mentioned on the forum earlier...maybe Mohan does know that Prateek has a tendency to go out of line when it comes to women..and hence he acts quickly on seeing Prateek with Megha..

I loved watching this protective streak of Mohan when it comes to Megha...not like it's the first time Mohan would have helped someone...like he himself always says he can't help himself from helping someone in need...over here Megha's character was being tarnished and so he had to step in..

I am not sure if Mohan would go ahead and tell Prateek the truth behind Dinanath now...cos that would give Prateek an advantage to be the 'boss'...and Mohan would no longer be able to use the 'star repprter' tag to get things done...I think he will wait till the time is right...till he gets substantial leads in the case..

Ohhh I didn't think of this before...interesting point, Usha...now Mohan's discomfort with Prateek and Prerna's PDA would add in better...but I'm still wondering...how can Mohan be friendly with a guy who is such a creepster?😕...or did he kinda just ignore it and let it be cuz Prateek is his boss? Doesn't he feel bad for Prerna? Hmmm odd.

Anyways, I agree that when it comes to Megha, he deffo seems to have a sixth sense...I'm glad ki uske dimaag ki batti jal gayi😆

So if this is true, then yes Mohan will have to walk a fine line in the office...to protect Megha and not let Prateek know that he knows his intentions.
