I think Next Twist Will Be Shyam Arnav Confrontation Regarding Sleeping Arrangements and ..May be Shyam will point out That his darling Khushiji is still Sleeping outside because Khushiji dont like Arnav and She is saving herself from him ... 
And may be an Enraged Arnav in Bhang may try to ...đł. cross his limits ( but he is the Husband in love so .đł.). ..and Khushiji who is completely tally and extremely in love with Her Arnavji .will flow in His passion ...
And when both of them come out of the insane state .. they will realize what they did ..and ...
