I can't believe a girl of Riddhima's age doesn't understand that a wife and husband share a room. Like hasn't she grown up seeing the couples in her own family do it. Her characterization goes beyond me lol. I hope we have more Armaan Riddhima moments, because the story is about them after all, its been 80 or so parts of the family, its time for AR now I guess.

EPISODE EIGHTY-SIX

He placed the intercom receiver back on cradle. For a minute he stood there thinking about something. One of the peons came to give him his coffee. Once he left, Armaan looked around at the things lying in his room. Taking off his jacket, he folded sleeves of his business shirt. It was already late. He thought of clearing a few things on his own.

He picked up a few files and placed them on a side shelf, then frowned looking at the huge pile of envelops. "What should I do with these?" he picked the envelops, but they slipped from his hand scattering all over the floor. "Damn..." he bend to pick them up, but his arm hit the corner of the table and the pile of brochure fell. Within a few minutes, he led to a series of mishaps.

"Oh God..." she exclaimed with her eyes spread wide and hand covering her mouth in surprise. "What happened in here?" she spoke loudly.

Armaan got startled hearing her voice and turned around to look at her. The file he had in his hand fell on the floor. "Huh?"

Sunaina stood rooted at her place in the same position for a few moments, and then turned her eyes towards Armaan. Her gaze ping-ponged between Armaan and the scene in his cabin.

Armaan glanced at her then looked around.

"Yeh kya hua Sir?" she questioned as she saw him look around the mess in his cabin.

As she looked back at him, he replied sheepishly, "Wo... err... It was like this only."

"But as far I remember, it was in MUCH better condition than this." She scratched her forehead. She has visited his cabin last evening to leave some papers on his desk. After that nobody entered his cabin. When she looked back at him doing the same, i.e., scratching his forehead, the look on his face made her suspicious.

Armaan noticed her suspicious gaze, "I was just trying to clear things up, but... it lead to... this." He pointed towards the mess he created.

She tried to suppress her mirth but couldn't and a moment later laughed out aloud.

Armaan was flustered hearing her laugh. Slaming whatever was there in his hand on the side-table, he slumped back into the chair. Then looking around, he mumbled loud enough to be heard by Sunaina, "How did this happened?" he just realized that his attempts to 'clear' the room has only worsen the mess.

"May be some hurricane." She chuckled.

"Oh come on Sunaina. Why is my cabin in such a mess? It used to be in wonderful shape, so perfect. And now..." he glanced around, "...look at this. Why is it like this?"

"Because Riddhima Ma'am isn't there." She replied smiling.

His eyes shot up hearing her name. He returned her smile. Then exhaled tiredly looking around. "How does she manage all this?"

"She is the Best." She stated.

"Hmm... She is." he couldn't agree less.

She smiled seeing him thinking about the obvious one, his wife, "Don't worry Sir, I will get this cleared. I cant make it as perfect as Riddhima Ma'am does it, but will try my best to improve it... atleast reasonable enough. You can place yourself in the conference hall in the meanwhile." She saw him shake his head before leaving the cabin.

Sunaina giggled looking at his retreating back. Things have turned so much in the past few days. Their whole staff including her were invited in Armaan-Riddhima's reception. She never imagined that she will enjoy it so much at the reception party.

Sunaina has heard that most of the high-class parties are utterly boring. But Armaan-Riddhima's reception party was different. Not a particle of class difference was there in the air in their party. Every guest, be it be an employee of 'The Marvels' or any other friend from high class, all were treated with same respect and hospitality.

After piling everything on a table in a temporary arrangement, she called Dilip to clean the cabin. As she saw him dusting the place, she again recalled Armaan-Riddhima's reception. She too has noticed that during the first half of the party, Armaan looked so lost. Then later, he still looked lost, but in a different way. She chuckled recalling his expressions.

In the later half, he was actually smitten... by his new bride. Anyone could see that. It was written all over his face. It was needless to mention he has seen and met the most beautiful girls on earth. Sunaina has been working in 'The Marvels' for the past 5 years and she has never seen Armaan so captivated by any girl.

Everyone who knew Armaan, is very well aware that he isn't the one to be allured by just beauty. He was a rare creature who look for the beauty within. Riddhima has been the only girl who has ever been able to shake his emotions. He is completely taken over by her beauty... earlier it was only her beauty within... and now those newly acquired changes in her exteriors, have only added fuel of passion to her boss's emotions.

Sunaina smiled again recalling the look in his eyes that day. Riddhima was all over him... into his heart. But was it his fault? Naah, it wasn't his fault... at all. Riddhima actually looked surreal and enchanting. Everyone knew that she is beautiful, but that day words couldn't be used to describe her innocent beauty.

Ever since Riddhima joined the office, many things have changed for good. Its not that Marvels was an unpleasant workplace, in fact it is the most wonderful work environment anyone could ask for. However, Riddhima's presence has brought a homely feeling in the staff.

But the biggest change was seen in Armaan. The man, who never looked beyond his work, started mixing with people on a different and affectionate level. He has always been caring and affectionate, mostly like a father figure... a strict father, who didn't like indiscipline. He has never been friendly with his employees. Now he is.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Anjali was busy arranging Vaibhav's clothes in his closet, when Riddhima came there. "Bhabhi aap yahaan ho. Main aapko sab jagah dhudh rahi thi."
Anjali smiled at her, "Haan, Vibhi ke kapde laga rahi thi bas." She placed his shirts in a shelf.
"Oh, laiye main aapki help kar deti hu." With that she started folding Vaibhav's clothes and passing them to Anjali who was arranging them in proper order.
A little later, once they were done. Anjali closed the door of closet and saw her thinking about something, "Kya baat hai, kya soch rahi ho?"
"Ji? Kuchh nahi." She replied without looking at her.
"To phir tum mujhe dhundh kyun rahi thi? Kuchh kaam tha kya?" she probed.
"Kaam?" Riddhima has forgotten why she was searching for her. Then she remembered, "Arey haan, yaad aya." She looked at her, "Bhabhi, ek problem hai."
"Problem?" Anjali saw her go and sit on the bed.
"Haan, kal raat ko ek problem hi gayi thi."
Anjali noticed her worried expression. What could be her problem? She thought. Then asked out loud. "To tumne mujhe raat ko hi kyun nahi bataya?"
"Main to aapke room pe aayi thi, par aap tab tak so gaye the. Isliye maine socha ki aapse subah puchhungi." She saw Anjali come and sit beside her.
"To phir aaj subah kyun nahi puchha?"
"Wo subah to main Vibhi ke saath khel rahi thi, aur phir aap bhi to kaam mein busy the. In sab chakkaron mein main bhul gayi."
"Koi baat nahi, ab bata kya baat hai? Kya problem hai." she asked lovingly.
"Bhabhi Room."
"Room?"
"Haan, Room. Shayad aapne mujhe galat room de diya." Riddhima replied.
"Galat room de diya matlab?" Anjali asked squinting her eyes.
"Arey mera matlab, wo room jo aapne mujhe kal diya tha na, usmein to pahle se ho koi rahta hai. To wo room main kaise le sakti hu?"
"Koi pahle se hi rahta hai?" Anjali really couldn't understand what she was talking about. "Kaun rahta hai?" she asked.
"Armaan Sir." She stated while Anjali looked at her perplexed. Riddhima continued, "Haan, kal raat wo wahin so gaye the. Maine unhe kitna kaha ki wo wahaan nahi so sakte kyunki wo room aapne mujhe diya hai, par wo maane hi nahi aur zabardasti wahin so gaye." She looked down pouting, "Mujhe unki study mein sona pada."
"Kya? Tum kal raat ko study mein soyi thi?" Anjali asked bewildered.
"Haan." Riddhima replied sadly.
"Par tum wahaan room mein kyun nahi soyi? Tum wahaan bhi to so sakti thi na?" she said.
"Tch, nahi. Main wahaan nahi so sakti thi. Aapko bataya na, wahaan to Armaan Sir so gaye the. Phir main wahaan kaise soti?" She made a face.
"Armaan wahaan soya tha to kya hua?"
"Haaww Bhabhi, aise nahi ho sakta tha." She kept her palm over her mouth looking all shocked.
"Kyun ismein aisi kya baat hai?" Anjali asked casually. She was still not able to get it.
Misunderstanding her reaction, Riddhima explained, "Mujhe to Mumma ne aise hi sikhaya hai."
"Mumma ne kya sikhaya hai?" Anjali was baffled now.
Riddhima was taken aback at her shocked tone. "Yehi ke ek ladki ko kisi ladke ke saath ek room mein aise akele nahi sona chaahiye. Bhot buri baat hoti hai. Main ek ladki hu aur Armaan sir ladke, isliye hum dono ek room mein nahi so sakte." She blabbered stupidly.
It took a minute for her to understand what Riddhima was saying. Then she recalled Muskaan's warnings about Riddhima. 'Be careful Anjie, you are taking home an out-of-the-world-piece with yourself. Tch, May god give Armaan some strength to handle this one-of-its-own-type sample. All the best to Armaan.' Once she understood, Anjali's mouth fell open. She looked at Riddhima as if she is an alien.
"Bhabhi?" Riddhima shook her when she didn't respond and just kept staring at her.
"Huh? Kya?" Anjali's trance broke.
"Kya hua?" Riddhima asked.
She just shook her head. Then something made her smile. She is Riddhima Anjali, she reminded herself. Composed now, she asked, "To kya tum sach mein kal raat study mein soyi thi?"
"Aur nahi to kya. Aapko pata hai, wahaan study mein jo bed hai na, wo ekdum comfortable nahi hai, bhot stiff sa hai. Mujhe to dhang se neend hi nahi aayi." She said pouting.
"To tum wahaan kyun soyi? Tumne Armaan ko kyun nahi kaha wahaan sone ke liye?"
"Tch, maine bataya na, unhone kaha ki wo unka room hai. Aur jab tak main unhe kuchh kahti wo so gaye the. Maine unhe uthaane ke liye kitni baar aawaaz bhi lagaayi par wo to bilkul Kumbhkaran ki tarah soye hue the."
"Hmm..." Anjali pressed her lips trying not to laugh.
"Par Bhabhi, ab main kya karun. Aapne shaayad mujhe galat room de diya." She said innocently.
"Maine to tumhe sahi room hi diya hai."Anjali replied hiding her smile.
"Achchha? To phir Armaan Sir ne aise kyun kaha ki wo unka room hai?" she asked. Before Anjali could reply, she spoke with her eyes open widely, "Haaawww, kahin wo mujhe humesha ki tarah phir se tease to nahi kar rahe the?"
Anjali couldn't stop herself from laughing this time.
Before their conversation could continue further, Kammo interrupted them. "Badi bhabhi, chhoti bhabhi, aap dono ko Dadi niche bula rahi hain."
"Theek hai hum aate hain." Anjali replied.
After this, both of them were occupied with some or the other thing.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Later that night, Armaan returned home at his usual time. He went to his study, placed his laptop on his table, them took out his towel and went for a shower. After all this, once again, he got engulfed in his work. Chatur came a little later to give him his juice.

It was bed time again and everyone has retired to their rooms after dinner. Riddhima has almost forgotten to talk to Anjali about her 'room-related-problem'. She entered her room and went to the washroom to change. Armaan was in the study at that time. When she came back, she saw him lying on the bed. It was then, she recalled that she had to speak to Anjali about it.

"Ye phir se yahaan?" she mumbled surprised, "Anjali bhabhi ko bulaati hu." She turned to go out, but stopped, "Par wo to so gayi hongi ab tak. Main bhi bilkul bhulakkad hu. Bhabhi se ye baat karna hi bhul gayi." She slapped her forehead and looked at him lying on bed with his back towards her. "Ek baar phir se try karke dekhti hu. Agar aaj ye maan gaya to theek hai, warna kal Anjali bhabhi se pakka baat karungi."

She ambled towards the bed and called him, "Armaan..." when he didn't buzz, she called again, "Armaan..." she saw him not even moving, "Ye aise nahi maanega." Mumbling so, she snatched the duvet away from his body.

"What the..." He got up instantly rubbing his eyes.

"Utho." She commanded.

"Kya hua?" he asked rubbing his eyes.

"Tum aaj phir se yahaan kya kar rahe ho?" she held his duvet in her hand.

"So raha hu." He mumbled sleepily and tried to lie down.

"Yahaan kyun so rahe ho? Utho yahaan se." She reiterated.

"Why should I?" he replied curling on his pillow.

"Because I am saying so." She raised her voice this time and hitting him by his duvet.

"Oye..." he exclaimed as she hit him and sat up, "So what if you are saying so? I don't care." He tried to his duvet back as it hit him again, but she quickly hid it behind her, "Arey, ye kya bachpana hai? Give me my duvet."

"Nahi, nahi dungi. Kal tumhe itna samjhaya, phir bhi samajh mein nahi aya. This is MY room. Why are YOU here?" she spoke angrily.

"Kal maine bhi tumhe itni baar samjhaya tha na, ki ye MERA room hai. Aur main yahaan sone aya hu." he slid towards the edge of the bed to snatch the duvet.

Seeing him nearing, before he could reach her, Riddhima moved away from the bed, "Ji nahi. Maine Anjali Bhabhi se puchha tha. And she clearly said that this is MY room." She insisted pointing her index finger towards herself.

"Oh really? Then I would say that you forgot to ask another important question. You should have asked her if this belong to me or not?" he replied in the same tone.

She paused for a moment with her hands on her waist, then added, "There is no need to ask such silly questions. Coz if this room belongs to me, which Anjali Bhabhi clearly said that it does, then by-default it means that this doesn't belong to you." She folded her arms over her chest.

Oh, I am the asking silly questions huh? He thought sarcastically. "I don't think your BY-DEFAULT theory applies here. Go and check it with her once again. Till that time..." as she was too busy fuming at him, he took a chance and snatched the duvet from her, "I will take a nap." With that he covered himself with the duvet, tucking it tightly around his body, went to sleep.

Riddhima's mouth fell open as he did that. "Tum... tumhe to main... arghh..." she couldn't understand what to do next. So stomping her feet, she went back to the study yet again.

Like previous night, this time as well, Armaan heard the loud bang of the closing door, but ignored it. Smiling to himself, he went to his dreamworld.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Over the next many days, actually more than a week, Riddhima kept trying to push Armaan out of their room, but he was Armaan. How could he give up on his room just like that? Their conversations will always start with a frowning-Riddhima plus lazy-Armaan, and end up with a Fuming-Riddhima plus sleeping-like-kumbhakaran-Armaan. Eventually conclusion remaining the same ' A cursing Riddhima stomping off to his study in the end.
During day times, Riddhima tried to talk to Anjali regarding this issue, but she was mostly busy with some or the other thing. Riddhima was now quite open and comfortable with everyone in the house, but somehow she didn't feel comfortable talking about this ROOM-issue with everyone. Maybe coz it was Anjali who has assigned her that room, so her little brain took her as the in-charge for such things in the house.
On the other side, Armaan didn't know what else to do. He wished Riddhima had behaved a little normally with him like other girls do with their husbands after getting married. Then it had been easier for him to handle things. He has never heard of a new bride behave in such a way. One thing he has recently realized is that she is weird. His wife is weird... really. At the same time, he couldn't help but smile seeing her antics. He was enjoying them.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Over a week later...

"Bhabhi... Bhabhi..." she called Anjali.

"Main yahaan hu." Anjali replied from where she was sitting.

Riddhima peeked out of the door into backyard and saw her sitting in the garden reading a book. She walked to her, "Aap yahaan ho, aur main aapko poore ghar mein dhundh rahi thi."

"Main to kab se yahaan baithi hu." She gestured her to sit on the chair beside her, "Baith na."

Riddhima sat on the chair, "Bhabhi mujhe aapse bhot zaroori baat karni hai."

"Haan bata na kya baat hai?" she encouraged her.

"Us din humaari baat adhuri rah gayi thi na."

"Kaunsi baat?"

"Arey wo room waali baat." She reminded.

"Oh, room. Kya hua ab?" Anjali smiled knowingly.

"Tch Bhabhi, aapko bataya tha na. Armaan sir wahaan us room mein soye the."

"Haan bataya to tha." She took an apple slice from the plate on the table and munched, eating as well as reading her book at the same time.

"Maine aapse jab baat ki, tab aapne hi kaha tha na ki wo ab se mera room hai?" She asked while Anjali nodded in agreement. "To phir wo wahaan kya kar rahe the?"

"Kaun wo?" this time Anjali looked at her.

"Arey Armaan Sir, aur kaun." She stressed.

"Achchha wo." Anjali mumbled lightly.

"Haan wo."

"Haan to uska kya?" She said casually looking into her book.

"Arey to bataiye na ab main kya karun?" Riddhima frowned.

"Main kya karun matlab?" she acted ignorant.

"Bhabhi..." She whinned.

"Ok-ok. Achchha bata kya hua?" Anjali now asked attentively.

"Aapko pata hai kal raat ko Armaan sir phir se mere room mein soye the. In fact wo roz usi room mein sone aa jaate hain. Aur wo jo study hai na us room se attached, wo unhi ki hai. Main usmein Armaan sir ki files, unki books wageraah dekhi hai." She explained like Anjali didn't know that already, "Khud to roz room mein so jaate hain, aur mujhe phir study mein sona padta hai." She whinned kiddishly.

Anjali laughed, "Achchha?"

"Bhabhi, why are you laughing?" Riddhima asked.

"Bas aise hi." Anjali replied still laughing.

Riddhima asked again, "Tch... par ab main room ka kya karun? Armaan sir to wahaan se jaane ka naam hi nahi le rahe..." she looked at her expectantly, "Bhabhi, kya main aapke saath aapke room mein nahi so sakti?"

Anjali stopped laughing and stared at her, "Riddhima, mere room mein mere saath Atul bhi rahta hai. Remember?"

"To kya hua, main koi unki jagah pe thode hi soungi. Main bas wahin aapke room mein jo couch hai na, uspe so jaaungi. Aur kisi ko pareshaan bhi nahi karungi. Promise. Please Bhabhi, please..." she pleaded pouting cutely.

Aww... Anjali thought. Then shook herself. No Anjali, don't fall for it. You cant afford to do this. "I wish it was possible Riddhima. But its not. Atul aksar raat ko kaam karte-karte couch pe so jata hai. Humaare room mein to tumhaare room ki tarah attached study bhi nahi hai na." She made a sad face, "Aur Atul ki ek buri aadat hai. Jab wo raat ko washroom use karne ke liye uthta hai, to kabhi-kabhi wo neend mein couch pe jaake so jata hai. Agar tum wahaan couch pe sogi, aur agar raat ko neend mein Atul ne tumhe dekha nahi to?"

"Oh... phir ab main kya karun?" Riddhima looked disappointed.

Anjali asked, "Waise tune use kaha nahi ki wo tera room hai?"

"Use kise?"

"Arey, Armaan ko."

"Achchha Armaan ko, use kaha tha na. Balki roz kahti hu. Par wo manna to dur, kuchh sun ne tak ko tayyar nahi hai." She said looking at the ground and frowning at the same time.

"Hmm, to tujhe samjhana chaahiye tha na use." Anjali advised.

"Samjhaya to tha. In fact itne din se roz hi to samjhaane ki koshish kar rahi hu."

"To kya koi result nahi nikla ab tak?" she questioned.

"Kahaan bhabhi. He is such a stubborn. Maine kitni baar kaha ki Anjali bhabhi ne confirm kiya hai ki wo room mera hai, to pata hai kya kahne lage?" she saw Anjali waiting for her to elaborate, "Kahane lage, 'You should have asked her if this belong to me or not'..." she imitated Armaan. "Her means aap Bhabhi." She added in the end.

"Achchha, usne aise kaha?" Anjali pretended a frown.

"Aur nahi to kya." Riddhima shook, "Ab aap hi bataiye Bhabhi, what sort of question is that? I mean agar wo mera room hai, to wo room Armaan sir ka kaise ho sakta hai? But no, he wont listen." She blabbered unaware of the look on Anjali's face.

"Hmm, I think only Armaan can answer that question." When Riddhima looked at her confused, she added, "I mean, aise silly question ka answer to us jaisa silly hi de sakta hai na. I think, iska jawaab to tumhe khud hi Armaan se nikalwana padega. I am sorry Riddhima, I cant help you with this." Anjali sighed dramatically leaving a disappointed Riddhima.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Later that evening Anjali shared this gossip with Muskaan over the phone while they laughed infinitely thinking about the funny situation. A newly wed quarelling over the ownership of a room, which supposedly belongs to BOTH of them.
For most of the people, Riddhima is an unreal and idiot character, which she is. It is obviously stupid, utterly stupid of her do behave in such way. Which girl would act this way with her husband? Obviously none. But Riddhima was Riddhima.
Even though Riddhima's family was largely responsible for what she is today, still she was one sample in her own way. She is old enough to understand such things, but she has never given it an ounce of thought. Regarding her family, it was true that in desperation to protect her from evils, they have made her ignorant of too many things. But nevermind, what was done is done. Now is the time for her to change and grow up.
Anjali and Muskaan could have explained things to Riddhima, but they chose else. Firstly, coz it was quite tricky and difficult to make Riddhima understand about such things. Secondly, coz the Gossip queens were having a gala time enjoying the whole incident. In fact, on Muskaan's suggestion, Anjali has now started to avoid talking with Riddhima on this particular topic.
Besides this, in the meanwhile, Anjali has tricked Riddhima into thinking that she shouldn't be discussing this issue with anyone else, except her... IT doesn't sound good you see. She is a newly wed and she should behave nicely with everyone. What will the elders think that she fight with her husband? Good girls never discuss such things with old people and Riddhima of course is a good girl... LOL.
Anjali and Muskaan were actually waiting for the time when they could meet Armaan and have some fun time teasing him. Teasing Riddhima was out of question as she hardly understands anything. Maybe they will tease her some other time when she grows-up a little. 'Riddhima growing up'... they would just sigh thinking about it. They all knew that this is possible only with the help of Armaan.
Teasing was of course for their own pleasure, but it was also to make Armaan-Riddhima understand their relationship better, expecially Armaan for the time being. Particularly coz he is the mature and smarter among the two of this cute couple. But first, the man himself should be able to recognize his feeling for the girl who is now his wife.
The truth was, Muskaan and Anjali have suggested everyone to keep themselves a little away from the matters relating Armaan-Riddhima. This was to ensure their interactions (be it be any kind) to the maximum. The duo needs to get comfortable with each other on different grounds. Only then they will perceive their relation in a correct way.
Even though everyone was aware that with Riddhima in the picture some weirdest situations will arrive in the upcoming days, but what actually will be those situations...? Nobody knew. Armaan on the other hand, was clueless of all this. He was too much taken up busy by his work most of the time and would more than often returned home late.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Next day, whole day, Riddhima kept thinking about what to do. She couldn't even ask for anyone's help. It wont sound good (Remember, what Anjali has told her?). She still couldn't figure out what to do about this problem. When she couldn't discover any idea, tired of it, she let go of it for another day.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"But I thought that was scheduled for tomorrow." He sounded displeased. Pausing a little, he spoke, "This is not done. Why is everything getting mixed up? Its all getting confusing. Last week also, I had to postpone a few of my meetings." He waited again, "Alright, I will be there in 30 minutes." Glancing his watch, he ordered, "Keep all the required documents ready."
He finished his work in haste. Closing his Laptop, he picked his coat. He was informed that he has a meeting at Hotel Sunshine today in 40 minutes. Earlier he thought that its tomorrow, but Suniana called him to inform that it has been rescheduled due to some reason. With a last glance towards Riddhima's cabin, he walked out.
During his meeting at Hotel Sunshine, he tried to concentrate, but his mind was partially occupied by someone. Never mind, he was still not that distracted and coped up the meeting quite well. Once he was relieved from there, he thought of going back to house, directly. He was tired after all that hustle-bustle.
Armaan was under a lot pressure these days. Not because of the work-load. He knew how to handle stress related to heavy work-loads. But the problem was, he didn't know how to manage or say schedule his tasks. Riddhima's absence in his office was affecting him to extreme extents. He was missing her on both personal as well as professional levels.
She has always been a wonderful planner and organizer. Before this, he never knew how much his work turns easier by her mere presence. Now her not coming to the office was only worsening his situation. How he wished she could join him back as soon as possible.
Omang has told Armaan to give her a break so that she could adjust in their family. Beside, she looked quite happy spending time with their families, so he never objected. Ever since they got married, their house has become a place of gathering and partying. Not that it was always the guests who would come to see them.
In reality, Guptas and Joshis have become regular visitors for each other. Every day, either Riddhima would go to Rahul's place to meet Guptas, or they would come to meet the Joshis and Armaan. It was sort of the part of their daily routine. Apart from their newly-formed relationship, there were many reasons for such daily visits.
First reason was that Guptas miss their daughter and vice versa. She was the soul of their family. Second, Yash wouldnt stay away from Riddhima. They have to make him learn to do so slowly. Thirdly, Muskaan was in the final month of her pregnancy. And these days, she has become a second-Yash... alwaying whining, complaining and asking to see Riddhima.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It was night again, Riddhima came back to her room and changed into her night cloths. She was still musing over her conversation with Anjali regarding the ROOM. She had no clue what to do. Anjali has departed from backyard on the pretense of some work leaving her on her own on this issue. And last night she has somehow managed in Armaan's study yet again.

"Ab kya karun?" she looked at the wall-clock, "Armaan sir phir se aate hi honge ab." Suddenly an idea struck her, "Main bhi kitni bewakuf hu. Ye idea mujhe pahle kyun nahi aya. Yes, ek kaam karti hu, room ko andar se lock kar leti hu." She went and locked the door, "Hmm... now what will you do Mr. Armaan Malik." She muttered excitedly.

~~~~~~~~~
Armaan was in his study working on his laptop and checking a few of his files. As per his routine, he has entered the house and went straight to his room, took a shower, got busy with his work. Played for a while with Vaibhav, had dinner, then came back to his room, eventually getting busy with his work yet again.
All this while, he saw Riddhima at the dinner table only. Like always, she was busy with either of the family members or some other chore. He has seen her musing over something when on dinner table. She looked cute with those funny expressions she made while thinking. They could easily give away what kinds of thoughts are fabricating into her brain.
It wasn't too difficult for him to understand that maybe she was thinking about him, coz during the dinner he has noticed her giving him deadly glares. He didn't let her know that he has noticed her doing so. At one moment, he almost lost his control and would have smirked vocally seeing her expressions, but Vaibhav distracted them all.
Hi Friends... Yeah-Yeah, I know what you all wanna say... Too disappointed with Riddhima and all. Well, I have already done a lot of explaination and I wont say anything else. Just wanna add last time... Riddhima is an imaginary character.
Anyways, I am thankful that though people are not at all happy with Riddhima and the way story is going, still they scroll down hurriedly through each episode. Thanks for reading friends.
P.S. - Thanks to all those who read Mere Apne. Despite of the fact, if they have commented or not, if they hit a like button or not, I am grateful that they are supporting it by just being there...
