If he does then

Mallika will be smug, happy , delirious & start a 13 saal jaap this time

Nidhi will be shocked & worried

Cool so we get PA!!! I am fully prepared for one week of complete heartbreak since Ashu is going to refuse recognizing Nidhi but then after that we will see his awareness of when she is anywhere around him. Well even though Mallika might gloat over the fact he has forgotten Nidhi now she will regret it so much later since he is going to fall in love with Nidhi again.
