The first dance was really cute and the second one was...☺️
The first one was really cute because both were actually playing with the hose which they usually use to create rain in film city. 😆 It was kind of tongue in cheek and I loved that.
The second dance was of course hot but I didn't get to enjoy fully because my parents kept passing snide remarks.
My dad actually told GC "don't get violent buddy!" 🤔🤣
I will have to watch it again in privacy. 😈
The scene with Prateek in the car! I love this boy! 🤣 I love how he chattered on and on about Aarti and all her gun. And I especially loved the part when he said he would keep quiet, and managed to do so for about 5 seconds until he started up again. I also liked that he was so perceptive of the situation and put it into perspective for Yash. Both Aarti and Yash are so absorbed in what they are thinking that it took Prateek's badgering for Yash to even think about what had transpired and what he had noticed.
That brings me to my next point. Yash was so perceptive about Aarti's doubts on his character. And as soon as he understands her doubts he feels an immediate need to clear them. So it is interesting the way they showed this. As long as both of them were thinking about themselves and their fears etc, they were not willing to talk but the moment they started thinking about the other person, whether it was to doubt their intentions in Aarti's case, or to understand her behaviour in Yash's, it makes them want to clear the situation up and finally, talk to each other. FINALLY.
The logic. We were wondering how Yash ended up at a place like this and I like how logically the scene was played out. This whole thing was done on an impulse. Yash just randomly gets out of the car and he calls her to the first place he sees. Also, his lack of presence of mind causes him to make a huge mistake and not be able to fix it until it is too late. But none of this was beyond belief and it was very well laid out as a comedy of errors. I can only imagine how horrified the both of them are! But Yash acted so honourably in the face of the police, though it is pretty unforgivable to put a girl in a place where she is called a prostitute, especially a girl like Aarti.
I also loved all of Yash's self-though dialogues where we could see the whole situation through his eyes and these words. It was also symbolic the way they showed the engagement rings with the handcuffs because essentially both are the same thing for these two. I don't know if this was on purpose, but the fact that both the rings reflected red was interesting, this is both the colour of conflict and love, essentially the colour of passion, which these two are not without whatever their particular emotions. The way Aarti kept getting annoyed when she fell on Yash, I was like just let her fall and she will understand that you are not a flirt when she tastes the dir 😡---I mean, how cute, it's destiny! 😳😆
I can't blame the police officer here though it was nice to see Yash get all huffed up. And I have to say our dear GC's English has improved a lot! He sounded positively normal today. I am still deciding if I like it. 😭
I really do think they are building towards something with Gayatri's forgetfulness. I mean I would have been suspicious if it was Aarti's kundali that she misplaced, but it was Paridi's and it was with Prateek and not somewhere suspicious so we know she is not doing this on purpose. I think they may be going towards a mental illness track for her which would be very interesting.
Ditto Mansi. The same words every time! I find her character interesting though. She is an unintentional villain from her own bitterness but again, the same dialogues again and again, with the same words! It gets a little frustrating when the dialogue is kind of annoying to begin with because it is creating an MU and even more so when it is repeated like a broken record.
And that's a wrap!
They seem to have reached some understanding by the end of the precap in the rain because Aarti no longer looks angry and their old awkwardness is back. I hope this incident stays between them and for OUR sanity's sake I hope they say what they wanted to when they decided to meet.
