Yea Norzar even I hope the whole Kapil-Divorce was not a blooper.Like Fariyal suggested the witness might be Kunal, it does make sense in a way, Kunal never got around to explaining his side of the story in court.Even Kunal as a witness will be good.I wish Siddhi gets bold enough to admit what she saw, but at this juncture it would not have been wise , if she hadd said that during Thakral questioning it would have been good infact.
yup kapil is siddhi's bro and he has the right to know reg the div, i hope its not an editing mistake and he later on is shown not to rem or mention the div. maybe after the court drama he suggests that siddhi comes and stays with him.
witness could be kunal, but he was already standing in the witness box, maybe the precap was misleading and the witness is kunal indeed
but i doubt kunal will admit he said siddi i lu that night, case can get even more complex
but i feel and hope its witcha, without any outside witness, siddhi may prove kunal's innocence by forcing witcha to blurt out the truth, similar to the movie aitraaz.
