Thanks Armu4eva...But the fact is u can never ignore in-laws esp.MIL...they are potrayed differently in many new shows...and rona dhona hota hai sab serials main accept it or leave it...well it also depends on a persons definition of rona dhona😊

hahaha...true!! th never say die M-I-L sena is brought bak every time there is a dip in TRPs ,,n a rona dhona track is seemingly required ...so that old concept still hasn't been stamped out completely___that the more th heroine cries, th more popular th show becomes!!!

but yes,,,things r changing!!😊

I like Punar Vivah because we have both a good and bad MIL. We cannot forget that Shobha Dubey is Aarti's MIL, not her mother, but she is exactly like a mother so for once, we get to see a good, kind mother-in-law for the main lead...whereas MILs like Yash's mom, while not prevalent, do exist.

However, Yash's mother does not seem evil. I think there is still some hope for her character and perhaps Aarti may win her over with her love and affection. I would like to see the relationship of Aarti and Yash's mother develop after the marriage, and hope that the CVs do not make her a typical telly saas who is mean and commanding.
