Gues for Ranbir's plan?

1. Simplest one : They bring some other person to say higher quote for this same flat... (something higher than 40lacs) - but how long will this sustain...even if he initially goes...for it...they can only buy time right...nothing else...coz sooner or later the owner will come to know...that its fake buyer...and will go back - the agent of OM - with the old deal...and probably it will be lesser than 40 now!
2. Slightly TEDA : we saw anant going with a paper...what will that be? wat is the nayi soch??? - yes!!! they giving rates of this locality is very high n 40 lacs is a cheap deal...so make the prashant uncle realise that...he needs to ask more...in this compromise stage...it will get difficult to convince prashant uncle by the agent for that amount.. he might ask 60+lacs.. which will be like a slap on UdiBaba's face... he wouldnt expect such a blow... as he said, Money can buy anything - BUT GREED!!!!!! n LOVE!!!!!😆
