Khushi will dismiss the Shyam angle

Its too soon for Khushi to realise that Arnav knows about her and Shyam.. I suspect she will think about it and then will dismiss it because she will think ASR would have asked her about

Very likely.. But now that they have breached it, I hope they dont go back from the progress they have made.. According to the precap, she is about to ask him what she did that hurt him, before he goes all coochie coo on her.. This could mean one of two things.. Like you said, she might dismiss the Shyam angle and want to hear what she did from the horse's mouth, or she builds on the Shyam angle but questions him in order to confirm her suspicion.. I sincerely hope its the latter, but judging from whats going on in the show for the past week, I dont think I can guess anything (hell, tomorrow babuji might be the villain !! haha just kidding) .. Its just so unpredictable, I dont want to go with the latter and be disappointed come monday.. So for now, sure, I am assuming that she will dismiss the Shyam idea, its not what I'm hoping though..

I dont think she will completly dismiss it, but will surely take quite long time to investigate and gather all the hints and solve the puzzle...like remember how she solved the puzzle of her fiance and anajli's hubby are the same

Even I thought in these lines, probably, she dismisses it and thinks in some other angle. She should be keeping it in the back of her head and as times pass by she will unravel the puzzles with the tit bits she gets from her husband. I was thinking the same thing, what if she dismisses the thought??
But I really hope she builds up on the shyam angle, I just feel that's the only way forward now...
Then again u never know what the CVs have in their minds
