i loved siddhi's appriach yesterday and how she handled kunal and kept focused, i hope she continues to behave this way.

my fav bit was when kunal held her hand and she brought up the div, he was annoyed for sure

and also i do hope the wrap up the court case asap, but thakral does have a plan so maybe in siddhi's first court hearing, thakral manages to win and then in the following hearing maybe next week, siddhi manages to prove kunal innocent

anways kunal too is finding the waiter who was there that night, maybe he is shown in final case hearing as proof

I think the plan of Thakral's could be one of 2:
1] CV's have left the contract part still open. Thakral never confirms that he released Siddhi.
Only Ritcha is saying that. So he may bring up that contract part in court to stop Siddhi from fighting

2] Last time, Thakral presented Siddhi as a wife and asked her some uncomfortable questions which made her cry and admit she was in the hotel and further questions and accusations led to contempt of court. He can be shown to continue from there and have Siddhi in the box. Similar to Kunal being in box when the case began.
New plan could be is asking Siddhi about their real marital status. Since it is compromise marraige, they are thinking that Sinal have not consumated and thereby do not really lead a normal married life. Again to harp on the point already raised, that he tried to rape his own wife and since they do not have a normal life, Siddhi filed for div.

Let us see what they show us today

amrish, yup i too feel thakral can bring the contract thing up in court and stop siddhi from fighting he case, but i do hope either siddhi or kunal have already thought of a solution to that

bec we know siddhi will be showing fighting the case esp after all the promotion and dialogues etc.

even if siddhi is called in the witness box, i hope since she is prepared this time around, she will give thakral a tough fight.

rohit case lasted 3 court hearings and in this case we have had 2 already, so maybe if the are following the same process its just one more court hearing, which will be shown over 2-3 episodes , with breaks etc. plus kunal is finding the waiter so maybe he will manage to trace him and finally he shows up in the end and case favours kunal side

even in the movie aitraaz kareena fought only in one hearing and managed to prove her husband innocent.

but during court sessions...i want siddhi to break witcha down so that she blurt out the truth...i want siddhi to know kunal told "i love u siddhi" that night...in the end kunal slapping witcha and curse the moment he fell in love with her
