I dont think there is any condition that you need 2 be Mumbaikar only. SBS would arrange your trip and stay at Mumbai. So everyone who wants to meet and can meet even though you live outside, do participate :-)

ya thr is no such conditn bt parents wont allow us to go alone na n that too during exams that's the reason
