In the living room
Bharti too overhears the conversation between Chimti and Jasmine. She confronts Chimti as to how she can talk like this and that she should know as an elder that a person is measured by their values and not money. Chimti changes the topic and says she wasn't talking about her daughter-in-laws but speaking in general. Kopal apologizes to Bharti and Bharti says it's not her fault. They hug.
In the kitchen
Pari tells Kopal that she feels bad for her but asks her to think what Veehan will think of her knowing that she lost his first gift. She tells him that it's hard to gain back the same respect and love once you lose it. Kopal is hurt and starts cooking without really paying much attention to what what she is doing. Pari notices this and starts taking advantage of the situation by adding green chillies in the gravy, switching sugar with salt in the halwa and raising the flame to burn the food to get Kopal in trouble.
On the Dining table
Kopal and Pari are serving dinner that Kopal made. After tasting Chimti and Jasmine get angry at Kopal. They accuse her of making the food too spicy, adding salt in the halwa, etc. They tell Kopal must have done this on purpose to take revenge. Kopal starts crying. Pari is smiling as always. š” Chimti says this is the same person whom Bharti was praising about values. First she lost the jewerly and now she can't even make food. Bharti says everyone makes mistakes. Chimti says if Kopal makes food again, she won't eat it. Pari says if Kopal didn't feel like making food, she would have made it. Aditya is making faces (he is probably remembering the take out incident) and tells Pari that she should let Kopal rest for a week and challenges her to make food for everyone alone for one week. Everyone agrees, Pari is scared and puzzled. Aditya is smiling.
In Pari's room
Next day, Pari is worried how she is going to manage as there's only half an hour left for dinner. She looks in Aditya's cupboard for money and finds his wallet. Just then, Aditya comes in the room telling her she is looking in the wrong place and Pari quickly throws the wallet in the cupboard. He tells her to be careful this time as last time she had messed up the order last time. He wishes her luck and says he can manage by eating outside but how is she going to serve food to everyone for the next week. He tells her that before ordering food, the most important thing is money which she doesn't have. Pari is lost as to what she's going to do now.
Loving this nok jhok of Adi and Pari but really hate seeting Kopal getting bashed from everywhere. She really needs to stand up for herself but can't blame her. The one person who should be supporting her is not there for her. Veehan needs to get his act straight fast! Pari on the other hand needs to be taught a lesson, she seems to be getting away with everything!! š”
