Bollywood : Is Shahrukh Khan the King Khan ?

Is Shahrukh Khanthe King Khan ? Recently in an interview Shahrukh Khandeclared that he is the King Khan .. he is the Ronaldinho of acting !! But a recent opinion poll by Hindustan Times found that Aamir Khanwas the real King Khan according to the majority of online users.

Aamir Khan's recent hits like Faana and Rang De Basanti are fresh in the minds of viewers and his experimentations surely helped Aamir win a lot of hearts. Users thought Shahrukh Khanwas repetitive. But the poll was based on responses from less than 1700 users and we all know how biased a poll could be. A simple endorsement by a website or a forum can tilt a 1700 votes survey completely to the other side.

But the poll was not so surprising as Shahrukh Khanhas been away from the limelight for quite a few months. Shahrukh Khanmovies are no doubt huge crowd pullers with fans from all ages and all over the world. Though after the Brazil France match, we are not sure if Shahrukh Khanwill still use the Ronaldinho comparison !! Shahrukh Khanis surely one of the best actors Bollywood has produced and he has proved time and again that he is the one of the most bankable Bollywood stars today.

When we talk of Khans, the poll should have included the other big Khan .. Salman Khan. Salman has a huge fan base and though he has his problems with the law, he has fared very well in the box office and has a huge fan following. Salman Khandoes not rely on any specific formula but still continues to be the sweetheart of the female fans. At our desifans.com StarWars hoTTest celeb contest, Salman Khanactually beat Shahrukh Khanin the semi finals !! So our own Sallu bhai is not far behind in the war of Khans.

But the fact remains that Shahrukh Khanhas been very profitable for Bollywood, churning hits after hits while Aamir Khanwas very selective in doing his one-movie per year.. while Salman Khanhas been busy with his problems with the law. There are a few young Khans and some older Khans … so when it comes to who is the King Khan .. its better to let the fans do the saying !!! What do you say ?

Aamir rocks!He is better that SRK by far!
Both in looks and acting!

I prefer SRK to the other khans..though i love Amir's acting a lot, he is a rare treat and is hardly seen while SRK is a household name and all his movies are huge crowd pullers. Though i agree to some extent that SRK is repitative when it comes to doing films, but then ...thats what most of the viewers want now don't they. I mean we all know that Kabhi alvida naa kehna is gonna very much like chalte chalte or K3G or maybe even KKHH but then we all are awiting it so desperately and most of us are gonna try to watch is as soon as it hits the cinemas so in conclusion i think SRK's the best 😊

shahrukh is indeed king of khans.so its not he who have given himself the title of king khan.its the public who have given him king khan title.he deserves its much more than anyone else since aamir&salman has filmi background and shahrukh has come to this position on his owm without any one help

shahrukh was not at all over confident.everytime he say something people like to take it he is over confident.

im nota salman' fan.so im not eagerly waiting for his movies.

4.aamair khan-he is very good actor but sometime he goes overthe top .i just hate him in mangal pandey the movie which he took four years to do..

salman khan- i just like his one movie &thats was hum aapke hain kaun.he is good looking thats it

shahrukh khan-what can i say about him.i love every movie he does.he is king khan.he is one person who truly deserves stardom he has worked very hard to reach this position of superstar

😳 Well for me SRK is definately the best out of the khans...the thing about srk is that he is a complete actor...he can actor brilliantly(theres no denying that!), he can dance...he can make his audience laugh and cry with him and thats where his USP lies...its true that he usually does the typical romantic role but he likes to play safe...is that soo wrong? 😳 😃

Aamir Khan is a good actor aswell there isnt anything denying that...but although he does good films...they arent usualy entertaining films...i mean come on lagaan wasnt entertaining nor was mangal pandey... i mean i was sitting there thinkin ye maine kaisi galti kar di?! 😉

As for Salman...there is no denying again that he is a good actor...but one has to feel sorry for him after all these allegations etc...Salman does good films...but one thing is that he cannot dance...seeing him dance just makes me laugh(is that what he aims for?If so then well done! 😆

So overall i would definately say that Srk is the best Khan out of the Khans...also online pollls can be very biased toh even if aamir won that it dont matter!If SRK wasnt fav why would he win sabse favourtie kaun???Omg this has to be my longest post ever!! 😳

I think all of em r gud. 😊 Cuz Salman has gud luks n is good at acting. Aamir is just brilliant at acting. Salman is gud for comedy too. Srk is good looking n really gud at acting. N for Srk he isnt gud at comedy. I mean he cant do a comedy movie.

N he(SRK) is just too over confident. But I still like him..

So for me all of em r just king of khans. 😳 😊

~Its hard to decide, because SRK is only a huge star cauz of directors like Chopras and Johars...Salman and Aamir on the other hand work with various directors and experiment with different geners...i think Aamir shuld b King Khan

~I dont think he should b comparing himself to Ronaldhino...both are two different ppl and each hold their own special position

Aamir Khan's Fanaa and Rang De Basanti vs Shahrukhs KANK
~Amir's Fanna and RDB surely are bigger than SRKz KANK...because KANK is a multi-starrer and has a star cast of popular actors...while RDB was multistarrer with not so popular stars...and Fanna had Aamir in the lead so obviously at the moment Aamir is ahead of SRK in the race

How much are u awaiting Salman's comeback?
~I think Salman is a great actor and human being...buh i hate how he cries onscreen...it doesnt suit him at all...and i am definitly waitin for his new releases cauz i know that all the Khanz are good actorz and their films alwayz do good

great topic....i just want to say that shah rukh khan is the one and only king of khans...i mean the other khans are awesome too...but i would say that shah rukh khan is the best. He is top of the world...I can not wait till KANK comes..its going to be an awesome movie...Shah rukh khan is the king of khans...Once again Shah Rukh Khan all the way...May he prosper even more and become even more sucessful then he is already.. live a long life and continue making the best movies in the world,,,I LOVE U SHAH RUKH KHAN...
