When i saw the promos of the first 2 acts earlier this week,I was like what the hell is happening with weird props...but when i learnt about the household-items theme,it made just a bit more sense.
Here goes:😊
1. Rajashmita - I feel this girl is very underrated.She has lot of potential. But i found her prop very weird. Plus maybe its the fault of the choreography, but she has hardly dancing. But, I gotta admit she showed lot of strength in handling the cylinders...and her split was very nice. 😊
2. Neerav - I was really sceptical about his act when i saw the promo. But it was better than I expected. Evrybody knows he is good at contemp so more credit to terence for the nice choreography. and now neerav REALLY needs to do some other style.
3. Piyali - She has never really impressed me. But today, she was not bad. I liked her prop.
4. Sanam - I thought he did well, in a style different from his own. nice hairstyle. 😊 But,much room for improvement.
5. Abhik - Man this guy shows amazing maturity for a 17-yr old.The way he emoted matched his dance,and the song was utilised well,emotion wise. I liked the fall at the end, and the contorted twist he did somewhere in between. He is fast becoming my favorite. 😊 Would love to see him do more styles. I am sure he will be very good at them.
6.Raghav - evrybody know he is good at what he did. Apart from that, i din find it very impressive..but,i liked the way he started the tutting . clever wordplay...lol 😆
7. Mohena - Very nice energy,expressions. She executed the steps well😊. But, some of the steps were right out of the original song. If anybody remembers, in season 1, when Siddesh danced with pavitra(jasweer kaur) from a soap, they copied the main step from 'Kajra Re', and it was said that its not a good thing. then how come this happens? 😲 But i felt there was less usage of prop. But,loved the cockroach bit at the end,very cleverly incorporated.
8. Pradeep - Very entertaining act. Very good usage of prop in choreography,great execution. many nice moments.and like remo said, the bit at the end , when all the dabbas were rotating,it looked very good. Pradeep has tried the most no. of styles in this season and he had done all equally well. And, the best part about his dance was that the prop dint interefere or hinder with the dance,like it happened with others. Kudos! 😊
9. Vaibhav - i think vaibhav is one of the best dancers on this show. I have liked almost all his acts,but today was not very impressive i thought. But like geeta said, his timing was very good with the prop. 😊
10. Varun - powerful song. n he matched up to the emotions the song had. Nice act. I liked the ending . 😊 I dunno how he is in the danger zone ...he is such a good dancer! 😕
11. Urvashi - How ironical..the episode in which she got eliminated, she showed some improvement 😕 ...wish she would have done it earlier...1-2 things she did were nice. the split n how she came out without touching the bars(like terence said) ...but was her prop the iron or the iron table ?
12. Sneha G - This girl is improving so much every week. Very pleasant n nicely done act. there were nice moments. the moment geeta mentioned where she twisted her legs both ways was the best moment fr me,too. liked the whole ending 'iktara' bit. 😊
