Hi peepz,
Even though my focus has shifted from Elena's triangle a lot towards other characters like Caroline, Tyler, Klaus, Bonnie, Elijah, Kol etc... but I was still wondering why is it SO hard for Elena to make a decision between Stefan and Damon. If she loves Stefan than she should just be with him, if she loves Damon what the heck just select him, be with him and say adios to the other one...
The Point Is: CHOOSE ONE!...(I know you'll say that if she chooses one, the story will finish but its for the sake of an argument)... Why is Elena being a rubber band between both the brothers?.. She is not like Katherine, wanting both the brothers at the same time for her pleasure. She is also not playing/ flirting with both of them. She, in her own way maintains her distance with the other brother if she gets close to one!
So, the only possibility that was coming up in my mind was:...Is it possible for one to fall in love with two people at the same time??... I know it sounds NUTS? but think about it. (And I don't mean a two-timing kind of a relationship). I mean real, genuine feelings!!
Both are loving in their own way, both of them arise passion in you, and both of them could go to any lengths to protect you, and there are things about both the guys that attract you, and you find both sexy and hot as hell....SO IS IT POSSIBLE TO FALL IN LOVE WITH TWO PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME? you have no intentions on cheating on either of them, but you can't help but fall in love with two people at the same instance?... Is it possible?, can it happen and if yes, then what should one do in such an instance.
Is this what Elena is going through, I mean if she still loves Stefan, then why can't she just tell Damon to take a hike and leave her alone...BUT she can't and that makes me wonder that she does have something in her heart for Damon that she has yet to reveal, not to forget the infamous death bed kiss ☺️ last season, and the one that she enjoyed this season😳!!
So what do you guys think about my elaborate/ over analyzed hypothesis??😆😆
