Watch it again, she cries even more!! That curve on her face though is just she crying more, not smiling! When she cries, a curve like that appears on hher face, which you thought is a smile!!
That poor girl cries more after her mom says, "jivansathi achha hona chahie"!! Gosh, so many misunderstandings to be solved!!😭
