There is an article on rival site on Mahi's wedding with Jay. They married on 11 November 2011 secretly. Congrats to Mahi. Here is a picture of her wearing her mangalsutra.

Ya I too wonder why they are so secretive. Is she expecting by any chance? Usually people get married secretly in a hurry when the bride is already expecting. Or was it only the formal court marriage that was pending? We have seen MV with sindoor in many offscreen pics. I think her civil marriage was already over in August 2010 which all the LTL cast attended. They said they were getting engaged then but they had a real grand function for an engagement. Anyways hume kya...congrats to them!

PS: Concidentally even Shabbir got married around the same time.

MV did appear plump in her pics post engagement/marriage ..but it must have been bec of happiness and Mithai ...otherwise we all would have heard whispers about the good news by now

im sure she married him b4 11/11/11 ksh...cos der was an old pic of mahi's bro with mahi n mahi was wearing sindoor... im guessing she married him soon after the pair gt engaged! der wer rumours thn 2...dno y they r so secretive bwt it...as tho its gna remain hidden 4eva... and i thrt mahi always sed she wud hav a big punjabi wedding...seems all plans changed with time...LOL 😆 anyway as u sed "hum kya" lol... these 2 as a couple put me 2 sleep🥱 (no offence 2 their fans)

Oh yes...she used to say she wants a big wedding. Every woman should have one. :D

Maybe that engagement was wedding only as that was pretty grand.

@ksh...tru i feel mayb tht was the wedding, she had henna al ova as tho its her wedding, m nt saying u dnt do tht much henna on ur engagement bt stil the grand style it was m sure tht was the marriage... i dno y they kept it a secret... 2bh i dnt gt y they do..its nt like its summut they can hide 4 long... sumtyms it seems they do it 4 attention n 2 stay in da news cos til u dnt giv thm the correct ans u hav ppl speculating all sorts of rumours...look at kareena-saif marriage rumours...

That looked like a wedding alrite...if I remember right MV even took leave during those days for this ceremony. There were articles about it. Then later in also had an article how MV and Jay have a house of their own and we were surprised how come they have taken a house before wedding.

This 11/11/11 wedding seems to be the formal registration process. Many people dont invite anyone for it apart from close family who are witnesses.
