Great post!
There is no doubt that Arnav will restore her honor and respect.
I think today was important because it showed that ANYONE can misinterpret if not presented with proper facts. The reactions of the family showed just this. Her own family who supposedly know her since she was a little girl were quick to not only pass judgement but also to disown her. Nani and Anjali who have always liked Khushi and thought of her as one with high morals did not once stop to think there could be a reason behind this rushed wedding! Today really was rock bottom for Khushi. The CV's might drag this for a another couple of episodes but it can only get better for her now!
Just as this is a story of growth in character for Arnav, it is so for Khushi too. This is what will make her a strong woman, one who can truly be Arnav's life partner is every sense of the word.
I am so happy the wedding was in a mandir right in front of DM. This is who DM has selected for Khushi because in the long run he will be her true family and support system. So even though she was wronged today, DM is witness to this and will ensure she gets the happiness she deserves😊
ASR is extremely wrong just now and as much as i love his character, i hated him today, but i have no doubt he will redeem himself and that truly will be a track worth watching!

I think he will see the shocking behavior of Anjali and Naani towards Khushi...and Khushi as usual keeping mum every time they all taunt her...it will hurt him every time he will see his own family members pricking her with cruel words...and he wont be able to take it anymore...

This is push Arnav more closer to Khushi...and he wont be bale to see he honor being thrashed even more...

Come on Arnav Singh Raizada...wake up...get ur wife's dignity back...cuz u know there aint going back now...u married her...and now u protect her...

Shy - dont call me Sunaina - I am just Su for you
Arnav Singh Raizada has not seen any successful marriage in his family . His parents demise, his jijajis betrayal and his Mamijis insulting behavior so he is not yet aware of the importance of it .
But he will slowly but surely learn the importance of this sanctuous bond from his own marriage . he will understand that the moment he has declared someone as his wife , he is bound to her and the insults hurled towards her will bounce forward to him and we know his fury for who insuts him .

I like how you've expressed it. Arnav's character is indeed significant to Khushi retrieving her honor in the eyes of everyone. But to be honest, I don't like to see Arnav as central to Khushi's existence. Khushi can exist on her own too, and I'd rather not have her seek the superificial honor that is so dependent on Arnav's approval. She can create her own honor and respect.

I choose not to comment on her even more superficial family. Seriously, everyone's your family during happy days of your life but you prove to be my family member when you stand by me when I stand dejected and betrayed by the outside world.

Su:
Its weird..u truly said that whaterver examples r there in front of him are not ideal..yet he has become one of those too by doing this..he has not done anything new but have added one more in that list of so-called HAPPY MARRIAGE ..
Once he will know the importance of it..ARHI will set the example right

If it were in real life I would have agreed with you 100 percent . But becuase it is a soap , and soap based on love-story- I will not want the story to move forward without Arnav . In fact without Barun Sobti in it , I am not interested to watch it .

ASR will have to swim through all the filth his jijaji as created and also give some life back to Anjali by saying " You are following our mom - sis, do not always have extreme faith for your "pati"
Pati is after all not the "Parameshwar" as told in the wedding mantras but a mortal human - even worse - a man born out of woman's womb. "

I am extremely angry at ASR for leaving Khushi alone to face all the problems created by him . At the same time I want to believe he did all these not only for Anji. He thinks he did but hopefully in his subconscious mind he is not ready to accep Lhushi with anyone else . He wants to keep Khushi very close and never wants to let her go .
I wanna believe that.

I was so disappointed the way Arnav walked away and left Khushi to face the wrath on her own. He should have been there when her family was bitterly insulting her and should have taken a stand for her. It is like he said in the eyes of the world they are married so defend your wife!

So that's where we differ. I talk of Arnav, and you speak of Barun. For me, it's always been characters regardless of which actor plays it. Indeed Barun and Sanaya have done a 'fantabulous' job. And I wish to see them together in another million shows. But here I'm talking about what Arnav did to Khushi regardless of how handsome or beautiful the person might be. As for fiction verses real life, I'm sure you know about the principle of making characters/events realistic/believable even if it's science-fiction. The CVs of this show are certainly not even heading that way..
