Definately there would be twist next week and once again Witcha would be the cause for it unknowingly. Precap showing Witcha in a happy mood. Looks like she probably called Siddhi to come out and probably would start boasting about Kunal and her love winning or something on those lines. I doubt she would take the case back as she would lose face or even Thakral. Also no matter what Kunal is not going back to her or going to spare her. Both Siddhi and Witcha do not know Kunal's true feelings though Witcha knows he told he loves SIddhi in that drugged state.

I would like Kunal may overhear some of the conversation but CV's would not show him doing that just to torture us further. Sinal are always shown doing the wrong things at the wrong time.

Also another possibility is Witcha asking or pressuring Siddhi to be a witness in court , against her wishes as a plan [ She may tell Siddhi this way Kunal will be freed but her real plan would be to make Siddhi look more bad in eyes of Kunal in court]. Kunal as we know loves Siddhi and he would get angry and do something in court to lead us to that promo. This looks more of a possibility given the trend we have seen of Witcha's plans.

But as we all know, her plans backfire each time. But she is also a parallel lead , unfortunately for us, she will keep coming back with more plans

i doubt witcha is goona take the case back,.. it wont make sense at all..coz anwayz kunal will never gp back to her ..maybe she ll come nd taunt siddhi dat she came to abt them filing for divorce ..nd kunal couldnt be hers , so he ll never be siddhi's also.. she ll boast nd taunt...dat kunal ll never win the case nd all...nd she mite go nd tell this news to thakraal...who mite insult sinal relationship in court.. which ll end up making kunal very angry...nd then he lose his cool , nd will end up being liable for contempt of court ..nd siddhi ll fight for him...dats the possibilty i see...
