you are right ..we will always support Both..they both are hurt..he think he betrayed and his sister's husband cheated on her..Khushi just don't even know..Just like you said she didn't even question him..first time Khushi couldn't question him..They both love each other..but whatever happen drag them to force marriage..and they both Did for their sisters..They doing good to others while hurting theirelves..we Love Arnav and Khushi and thanks to Barun Sanaya for mind blowing performance
