OK just the observation

When she gives the thali to ASR she has red nail polish on her fingure

When she returns back married and ASR holds her hand the nail polish has vanished

i suppose she went ot the beauty parlour in between to get her nails done 😆

While khushi showering flowers on payash when they r taking pheras, then too she didn't have any nail polish on her hand. It was the left hand which we saw when she giving thali to arnav, which had nail polish. And in precap arnav is holding her right hand. So, i think sanaya had nail polish only in her left hand.

I don't think it's a blooper because she only had one of her hands manicured. She only had her left hand manicured not her right. If you notice closely, the pictures you've given are of to different hands
