aww thanks for all the sweet comments 🤗 and well i hope i didn't drag this part too long, but oh well i felt the show might have all this family drama on and i really wanted to subtly torture the snake..so...

Here u go people!!

"Eee titaliya what did u do? Why couldn't u tell us before?" asked Buaji shaking Khushi. "Hai re Nandakisor if u had just told us we would never have had any objection!"

"Buaji humme'mere matlab..humme bhi nahi pata tha ki"

"what do u mean even u didn't know?"

Arnav knew that if he let Khushi carry the conversation she is bound to mess up, she was in fact already fumbling for words. And also as much as he can say to his family members that it was his life, his to live he couldn't expect her to say the same to her family. It was just not in her nature and it was better to not push her in to a corner or else all this effort that went in to sparring his di the pain of her cheating husband was going to be in vain. And at that second he decided what reason he was going to give them, and he needed a solid reason which would put the blame on him rather than her, therefore the chances of someone confronting her on the same issue and finding out anything was amiss was lower.

He just stepped closer to the huddled members of her family and said "Buaji the thing was we loved each other, and Khushi wanted her sister to get married before she spoke about her own marriage, but today after seeing all the fuss a wedding entails'" he waved his hand casually around to show all the decorations and stuff. "And I don't believe in these traditional things. And I asked Khushi and she agreed to do it my way. Honestly she didn't want to do u guys out of a wedding, but after I persuaded she agreed that u got ur wishes fulfilled through a very festive wedding for Payal & Akash, so we had a simple court marriage" he finished and to his credit he sounded believable. And finally buaji gave in and hugged Khushi and said "titaliya..so actually what I told this morning became true sooner than we thought? U r also leaving us.."

And at that for the first time in the evening Khushi started crying and hugged her family members, all except Payal who stood a bit apart overseeing the entire conversation, yet not being part of it. She was observing her little sister and her jethji.

And Arnav who had been fending off an over enthusiastic NK turned around at that stared at her when he realized she was crying. And he turned back towards them again and said "I promise to take care of her"

He just wanted this to finish so they can stop the explanations and concentrate on what to do about from now on. But the two families seemed to be hell bent on not letting go.

And then he heard a sly sneer nearby "So sale sahib u eloped after all. Seems like dal mein kuch toh kala hai, hai na rani sahiba" he asked anjali who was standing nearby.

And Arnav watched in growing fury as the b a s t a r d put an arm around his di, while his eyes were roving all over Khushi. And he wondered how he had missed this for so long, how could he have been blind to all this happening right under his own roof. And he again felt angry at Khushi for letting things get this far without telling him. But for the moment he put it off his head and concentrated his attention of Shyam.

He put his arm around Khushi and dragged her to him and leaned down to her eye level and said " And actually the type of wedding doesn't matter to us, does it? As long as we are together.." he left the sentence loaded just to goad Shyam.

And just then Anjali's excited voice called out "Chote, Khushi at the least take ashirvad from everyone now" and he nodded at his di and took Khushi's hand and led her towards nani, who had not yet said anything to them.

And as they stood in front of her she looked them over with her steely gaze and he felt Khushi stiffen beside him and he just pulled at her hand and they bent down to take blessings. And nani blessed them and "Chote I wouldn't have expected anything better from u. but Khushi bitiya I didn't expect u to behave so recklessly"

And a nervous Khushi stammered "naniji humme maaf kardo..hum.." and nani said "bas, I don't want to hear anything else" and Khushi looked as if she was going to cry again when nani smiled and said "don't I know my own grandson, he probably didn't give u a choice, or did he? So now wipe those tears off and smile like a new bride should" and then she hugged them both.

On the side Shyam seethed seeing everyone accepting and celebrating the double wedding and egging them on. He clenched his hands unable to do anything at the moment with so many people around. And looked on as Arnav and Khushi moved towards Khushi's father and took his blessings and then continued to khushi's mother and Buaji.

Khushi had happy tears in her eyes as she felt her father's tentative hand placed on her head, blessing her and silently telling he approved this marriage, releasing her from another burden she carried until that moment.

And finally completing all of it they backed away for a minute and Khushi silently left Arnav's side for the first time and walked up to her jiji and stood in front of her, "jiji tell something. Please. Don't be so quiet. Tell me anything.." and Payal who was silent till then asked her "Khushi why didn't u tell me? Were u two together even when u made me and Akashji.. " she trailed off.

And "jiji we were not together at that time, but yes I loved him even then" she said quietly. "'and when he asked me today I couldn't say no to him.." she hoped this would stop her jiji from questioning her further ont his and it did work as Payal finally gave a smile to her and hugged her.

And after that there was only Akash and NK left and Akash simply hugged his brother and said "bhai so all that time u guys were fighting'" and he shook his head smilingly.

And NK came and started his usual blabbering "naughty naughty'nanav and Khushi ji! Oh now Khushi bhabhi!" he laughed and said "congratulation to u guys!"

And anjali came to them and took Khushi's hand and led her and Arnav away and said "I have something to give u today, something that should be rightfully given to u on this day" and saying this she made Khushi wear golden Kangans as Arnav whispered "maa ka.." and Khushi swiftly looked up at him to gauge his reaction as she knew that for him this marriage was only to save his di. And now Anjaliji was giving such a valuable thing of his to her. So she stammered "Anjaliji app yeh.." and Anjali admonished her saying "what ji ji? Call me di like chote does!" and said "I don't want to hear anything else, our mama wanted chote's wife to be the one to have them" saying this she touched Khushi's face again and said, so today "Khushi u have accepted to take a very big responsibility from my hands! And now I can concentrate on the new baby of my life" she joked not realizing Khushi was not supposed to know yet, but neither of them realized it.

"di stop it. Now enough of this nonsense get along with Akash's wedding rituals and let us be!"

"what the h** chote do u mean by let us be? U and Khushi also married just today!'

"Ok di what"di u want us to do?" he asked finally giving in remembering the promise he gaveher just this morning to listen to every one of her wishes.

And Anjali made them to all the rasams along with Payal & Akash that was left and it was finally time for the guests to leave and for the Gupta's to leave too. Both Payal and Khushi hugged them and cried and many promises were exchanged between the adults about taking care of the two daughters.

And now that only the raizada's were left and it was time for both couples to go to their respective rooms.

And mamiji led Akash and Payal along wth nani while Anjali pulled a reluctant Shyam with her as she took Arnav and Khushi towards her chote's bedroom.

And at the door, as they walked through Arnav took hold of Khushi's hand and turned back. And said "Khushi wish a good night to di and jijaji" he said with a smirk and watched as a wide eyed Khsuhi repeated after him and said "good night anjali di and jijaji" and saw to his satisfaction the helpless fury growing in the pervert's eyes as he heard Khushi calling him 'jijaji'

And arnav put his arm around Khushi once again tightening his hold on her as Anjali laughed out and said "they r wishing us good night! It is their night! Isn't it!" she turned to Shyam and said completely missing the murderous stare Shyam was bestowing on Arnav. And to Shyam's growing fury said "have a good night. Now I won't say either sleep tight or sweet dreams cz I don't think u both will have much of it tonight!!" ,and saying this she pushed them in to the room and a smirking Arnav closed the bedoom doors to a seething Shyam's face behing him and Khushi.

It is 3 am and i was doing this for quite a while now.And i have so much home work to do but i still typed this...so please do comment..

well well next update, and yup there will be another one at least..i hope it will be the journey in the bed room (i still don't know for sure..lol..i haven't decided it yet)😆
remember in this FF Khushi doesn't know Arnav wants a normal marriage with her as she thinks he only married her fr his di's sake, but she also knows that he believes in her up to a certain extent that she didn't have anything to do with Shyam.
And Arnav has not yet fully forgiven Khushi for hiding such a big truth from him though he doesn't hold her responsible for wha. t Shyam did
It will be awkward i guess...

Another Chance at Love

Well i'm damn happy Arhi got married!!😳 Shyam just died seeing Arhi married and gladly accepted by family members! I loved how Arnav kept answering back to that dirty snake while having HIS Khushi close to him. But i wonder how Arhi's first night will be..what will they say..or do😆 Can't wait😳 Continue soon and thanks for the pm:)
