i know everyone is angry that kunal accepted the false charges in court that leads him to be banned from fighting his own case...and also its going the typical way of wife saving a husband...it should be kunal fighting his own case...whatever promised has male-oriented show went down the drains...
but in my eyes...there is a different POV which i want to pen down...
kunal fighting his own case is fun...and new to watch thats what everyone wants including me...but one not to forget that the case is abt rape charges...and if kunal fights the case...it will be kunal v/s thakral n more than the rape case...they will fight for their personal differences...n also kunal doesn't know the real intentions of witcha...how low she can stoop to win...kunal only knows that witcha made a false case on him...but does he know why she did that?...what reason made her did that?...what was going on in her mind?...why she took such a step?...what she wants?...kunal doesn't know the real nature abt her...n this fact...the slimy anaconda knows it very well...n also she knows kunal's weakness...anytime she could spin the case towards her...n also another point to be note...kunal only knows what happened when he came to sense...what witcha told him...based on that basis he is fighting his own case without doing a proper investigation of what lead him to get drunk when he only took a sip of alchohol...and he has been drinking for years...a sip can never make him so unconscious to spill out his feelings...he is fighting the case on the basis of what he witness and heard from witcha...he doesn't really know what he confess to witcha in real...and court need proofs than words...he has no proof of his innocence...so for him to win the case is not easy...and another point he is a married man...unknownly even his wife is connected through this case...knowing thakral n kunal enimity..there will be a point where some personal questions are being asked by thakral regarding his past of course n married life...where he will humilliate his wife...kunal being a man n husband can never stand one word against his wife...so he might loose his cool...if kunal is a bachelor...and witcha made this case on him...the victim is only kunal-witcha here...but then kunal is a married man...though siddhi was not present there...but him being siddhi's husband is enough to involve her in this disgusting case...its not easy to fight this case for kunal...but he doesn't know any truth of witcha...she is a smart devil...she knows how to control his mind...even if kunal cross questions her...the entire truth will not be out...neither she will reveal what is her motive...what she wants...its only half-truth
with siddhi fighting the case...there is more possiblity kunal win the case n also siddhi knowing the entire scenario happened that night...n another plus point siddhi knowing kunal's hidden feelings for her which was reveal when he was drunk...siddhi knows what soil witcha is made of...she knows the devil intentions...her motive...how low she can stoop to win...n for whom she is casting her evil eyes on...n through cross questions she will put her inputs too...and will try to confuse witcha n make her accept her deeds...its not an easy task...a slimy creature like witcha can never reveal the truth...but then if siddhi play smart she can...even thakral cannot do anything...n through siddhi even thakral might know witcha's plan of fake engagement with vineet...now where he will put his face...his mouth will be automatically shut...n kunal might know the entire truth of witcha...which he is clueless abt...n siddhi will not only cross question witcha but also kunal...through her cross questions...siddhi might get to know a inch of kunal's feelings for her...how much he respects their marriage and her as his wife...n since siddhi will do investigations what really happened...kunal might know that his drink was spiked...n siddhi might know that kunal thought witcha as her n confess his hidden love in drunken state...
it would be awesome to watch vakil sahiba cross questioning her hot vakil husband...digging up all his hidden emotions...😆😉...ab to kunal cannot escape...because since he is a man of honesty...principals...he knows he cannot hide anything in court...so vakil sahiba might take this as a chance to know his feelings n make plans how to make her dumb gold medalist husband to accept his love for her
one more wish...i hope its granted...i want witcha to know that SiNal has consumated their marriage n become one in true sense...if it revealed in the court...thats fine too for me...i want to see her face...
now how kunal will be proven
1) siddhi might ask alot of questions to witcha...that makes her feel angry n uncomfortable...so she blurts out the truth...
2) either rohit...or nikhil...or even the women that kunal brought to expose vineet can prove kunal innocent

everyone says that its the second chance of kunal chopra...i feel kunal chopra has already have his second chance in form of anand when he got married to siddhi...he changed his ways...he once again a sucessful lawyer with double promotions...he has a permanent love whom loves him deeply n madly n no matter what she will never leave him...he already got and rise his second chance...love...career...
