Feb 13 :Thakral has control on case opening.

Raveena When will you learn to use your brains? You know the Thakrals for long and seen what has gone down with you and brother. Yet you seem to be driven by what you see is what is right .Thakral is sure to make you the mohra as I figured on Friday. Richa seems to be able to weave false stories around and for her love ones. She not telling Thakral the real truth is the main reason for her being afraid.The poor innocent one in this Rohit. Instead of Thakral saying anything against Sudhanshu and Vikram he blamed it all on Kunal. Just like how Raveena will somehow play a role against Kunal's innocence I am betting on Rohit indirectly foiling the Thakral's plans of winning against Kunal.

Phir Se nahi Kona? Agar you do something then only will you get something. Kunal was right her expressions and body language did not all feel like she was 100% confident . So why does she not stick to what she feels right. She knows the law equally like Kunal and has probably seen cases like this. The dialogues that he made to the Press we know will come back to bite Kunal. Although he is confident right now he has the truth and he is going to have to come back to Siddhi. Thakral is sure to play knowing Kunal's weakness and that is sure to make him lose his neutral ground of being a lawyer.

I am no lawyer but Thakral telling Richa that he would go for her as his witness is not so farfetched. He thinks he did something different because he needs Kunal to do something wrong as per the last episode. However over here its not something so out of the box idea. I think most lawyers would have taken the same approach. When there was no one in the room besides Kunal and Richa where does the question of other witnesses come into play.

Why was Richa just standing and waiting for Kunal to come to her. I don't understand what the CV;s were trying to show. And why did Siddhi not go with him. She knows very well that Kunal may do something when he loses his temper and she knows very well also what Richa is capable of. She needs to be the shield to stop him from causing damage to himself but as always she comes in late.

Rani so again over here we are again given the indication about Kunal being a drunkard and gambler. So then what happens to the character certificate given during the bail. This is so conflicting that one episode we are shown that Kunal is good for the court and the next he is characterless. What are the CV;s trying to show the audience. First of all they show a false claim of sexual harassment in the show . Although this is a drama this does reach out to lots of people and I hope that in the matters of the case they donot flip-flop. This is a serious allegation in society and hopefully they do real justice with the track . Already at the start we have conflicting information and I dislike shows where in the name of masala push out anything. There has to be some facts given to situations to like this as shows do have some responsibility to the audience.

I liked the ending where the same thoughts for siddhi and Richa had 2 different meaning. Kunal's silence interpreted to people the way they want to intepret it not realizing that both were wrong as Kunal's silence was just the calm before the storm .We know tomorrow he decides to acknowledge something he did not do to turn the tables around. Can;t wait to see what happens and really the thought process on Kunal taking such a big risk

Yes Priya It was calm before the storm.. He is going to take Big Risk.No Doubth in it..but this is enought for Thakral and Ritcha to make Confused. Which will be weak part for them..

There is a possibility that Kunal might be accepting the false allegations to protect Richa from all those Q, may be he still considers her as his friend after all he goes to her to ask why did she do all this in today's episode or may be being so good , on humanity grounds he does not want to expose Richa in front of everyone .. because as per the pre-cap , richa seems to be in the witness box... and he is shouting at the top of his voice that he has tried to rape her.. after accepting the charges there would be no further cross questioning... so will he go to jail again...??
By the way what is the duration of jail for attempt to rape??
god cant wait for tomorrow.. just this suspense is driving me crazy

this means tmrw kunal will do something and judge will ban him from fighting the case and siddhi will end up fighting it

Oh No... May be when Kunal says that He tried to rape Ritcha..even some plan is working in his mind.. But after hearing this..Judge says that now kunal can't fight the case himself..

Going out on a tangent here, but has anyone observed that everytime Siddhi has a quiet word with her Bhagwan things go terribly wrong...you know the "hey Bhagwan, sab kuch theek ho jai" kind of dialogues. Today too she said she doesnt want to loose Kunal again. Maybe there's a clue here, as to where this is going??
