Pawan Shankar > It was four rounds of audition and still the channel was not very sure that a new guy can carry off such a powerful role but when they saw the first episode they all were so happy for taking a chance. Cooldude > How difficult is to play central role in serial? Pawan Shankar > It is not difficult... It is all frame of mind and you have to prepare yourself for it. Ishrant> Is it true that you were approached to play the role of Sujal in Kahiin To Hoga after Rajeev Khandelwal walked out? Pawan Shankar > Ya, it is true but I had date problems so couldn't do it. Cutecapric > Whats your dream role? Pawan Shankar > The role which Mr Bachchan played in Don and also in Sharabi . Baby> What's your role in the feature film White Noise? Pawan Shankar > There was film within a film and I played the hero. Sara> Are you fine with doing saas-bahu serials? Pawan Shankar > No because its a lot of monotony and life is too short to spend so much time on one role. Nama > Out of the roles you played on the small screen, which one is closest to your heart and why? Pawan Shankar > As of now Siddhant is the closest to my heart because its my debut role and the character is doing something for the society. Clod > Are you very choosy about what assignments you take. Or you just take whatever comes your way? Pawan Shankar > I am very choosy in terms of the growth of the character and how imp the charcter is for teh whole plot Giva > Do you identify with any of your onscreen characters? Which one and why? Pawan Shankar > No I don't identify with my character. The only similarity is the risk-taking attitude of Siddhant . Prince-Charming> What sort of portrayals do you personally prefer to do? Pawan Shankar > Man of less words. Sahshi > Among the roles that you've played which is your favourite character and why? Pawan Shankar > As of now Siddhant. It is my debut role and is my favourite character because of the qualities that Siddhant possess. Mayuri > How did you feel when you were facing the camera for the first time? Pawan Shankar > I was not at all nervous in fact I was looking into the camera. Suhas > What goes into enhancing the performance from the one that is given in the script?
