Entry No. 7 - Pyar, Ishq Aur Mohabbat
Geet is standing still with tears rolling down her cheeks, looking at the moon, lost in thoughts of Maan; "You said you loved me because you cared but at the same time you said you hated me. Why did you play games with my heart?". She goes to the prayer room; "Babaji, please forgive me, I never meant to slap Maan. Since the day I have met him and his love touched my heart, I am incomplete without him, so help me Babaji to prove that to him". She gets ready in the morning to apologize to him. Maan is driving by when he sees Geet calling out for a taxi in vain. He drives towards her, rolls down the window and with a straight stern face, without looking at her, asks if she would like to accompany him to the office. Geet whispers "yes dhust dhanav", and is happy she got an opportunity to apologize to him, so gets in quickly . As she puts her seat belt on, her hand touches his and they both look at each other lovingly'Maahii'.with an inner smile. Geet nervously recalls her slap and moves her hand away. Maan is sad and thinks to himself that "for what I have done, I deserve her hatred". Maan starts driving while Geet just keeps looking at him mustering courage to say something, instead she starts coughing. Maan is worried, stops the car and offers her some water. Geet sips some, but starts sweating. Maan removes her seat belt and puts some water on his hanky and starts wiping her forehead with his hand supporting her back. Geet has tears in her eyes and keeps looking at Maan, as she starts to faint. Maan immediately supports her and carries her to the back seat, lays her down, he is extremely tensed, takes off her slippers, her dupatta and sprinkles water on her face. He keeps whispering "Geet" all the time and says he is very sorry for everything. He places her head on his lap as he shakes her up a bit. Geet slowly opens her eyes and sees tears rolling down Maan's cheeks. She tries to get up, when Maan hugs her tightly and says "I am sorry Geet". Their hug gets more intense as they both weep and caress each other's back. Geet runs her fingers through the back of Maan's hair and says "I am fine now Maan, don't worry, I am where I belong". That brings a smile on Maan's face and he slowly moves his hands caressing her shoulders as they face each other. Geet wipes his tears and says "I am sorry Maan". Maan says "no Geet, it is all my fault". Geet puts her finger on Maan's lips and says; "chup bilkul chup". Maan holds her face with both his hands and nods a yes while he wipes her tears and she his tears. As they separate from their intense hug, Geet realizes she didn't have her dupatta on her and starts looking for it. Maan slowly puts it back on her while they both blush at each other. Maan carries her back to the front and tells her to relax, Geet smiles as she closes her eyes. As they drive to the office, Maan whispers to himself "I wonder if I am a good life-partner for Geet?,look at what I have done. I promised to protect her from all evil and love her forever, but broke her heart. I think I am forcing myself on her, need to give her some space". Geet hears everything, but just rests her head on his shoulders and thanks Babaji for helping her get her soul mate back.
The car makes a jerk and stops. Maan moves Geet's head off his shoulders to check on what is wrong. Geet slowly opens her eyes and sees that Maan is standing outside. She asks him why and he says they have a flat tire. She gets out of the car to check on it, but it starts raining and hailing so heavily, that before they could realize, they both get extremely wet. Maan tells Geet to get back in the car, but water is dripping all over - the front seats all get wet. Geet starts sneezing and Maan is all worried. He tries to wipe the water off her face, but in vain and she keeps sneezing the more.
He starts to take off his shirt and vest. Geet says "Maan, what are you doing". He says "Geet, nobody is around, so don't worry, need to keep you warm, otherwise you will catch a cold". He quickly lets go off his wet jeans and slides over to the back seat.
Sitting on the back seat, he lifts Geet up a little and as he pulls her up to join him, he gets rid of her salwar-top with her wet dupatta. He wraps his hands around her. Geet is comfortable, warm and content in the arms of Maan. Geet asks what will happen now and he says they will stay this way until their clothes dry a bit. Geet lifts her head up and asks him if he still feels she is not where she belongs. Maan looks at her lovingly and says he isn't thinking about her anymore, all he knows is he is where he belongs and his fingers caress her bare back digging into her skin as they hug again and take a cat-nap.
When they wake up, they are shocked to see it is dark outside. They smile at each other and Geet blushes as Maan gets theirs clothes back on. They step out of the car and Geet says she is hungry. As Maan looks around, Geet sees a temple and says she wants to go there and thank Babaji for giving him back to her. Maan takes her there and they both pray. Geet tries to ring the bell, but she doesn't reach, so Maan lifts her up and holds her hand, while both ring the bell together. As Maan is putting Geet back down, his finger scrapes the bell and starts bleeding slightly. Geet is worried, but Maan assures her it is not hurting. She tells him to go and wash it. He says he has a better idea and holds her hand and takes her to the inside of the temple. He asks her if she is really sure about spending the rest of her life with him. She says "koi shaq?". He then comes closer to her and smears the blood as sindoor. Geet is elated, yet shocked as this was totally unexpected. She hugs him and thanks Babaji.
It is very dark now and Maan wonders how they will get back. He sees a bicycle and gets an idea. They both run hand-in-hand towards the cycle. Geet tells Maan he is lucky to have a wife who is so slim, so they could ride a bike together. He pulls his jeans up a bit and sits on the seat leaving enough space for Geet. She says "glad that I am wearing a salwar" and places her legs; one on either side of Maan. She fits perfectly in there facing Maan just like the final piece of a puzzle. Geet puts her arms around Maan and holds him tightly as in a passionate hug. Maan scoots a little more closer to her, so he can reach the handle of the cycle. Geet is literally sitting on him and she naughtily brushes her nose against his. Maan says "how do you expect me to ride, when you are getting me all excited". Geet laughs and kisses his shoulder, then rests her chin on it and says "OK my hero, let's go". Maan takes off in a romantic style, but hits a bump which makes him honk and they both say "hmmm" as they ride along...
