Part 3:
It had been two days since that incident but Rey was no where to be seen. Both Kria and Swayam tried to call him, talk to him, but he did not pick their call.
On the third day:
Swayam and Kria were standing in the college corridor waiting for him.
"Swayam, you sure naa, that Rey will come today?" Kria said looking at the College entrance.
"I hope so Kria. I talked to Vicky yesterday and he said that Rey was not well for the past 2 days, but he will surely come today," Swayam answered. "By the way, i hope you have thought about what you are going to say to him."
"I don't know Swayam," Kria answered because she was so worried about his reaction that her mind was blank.
Swayam was getting angry at her, "Kria...what is this? I thought you would have planned everything."
"All I know is that, I have to tell him what dance means to me, what she means to me, and maybe what he means to me," she said the last line slowly, to herself, but Swayam heard it and knew what his friend must be going through right now.
He put his hand on her shoulder and said, "Don't worry. I am sure you will understand."
Kria nodded and said, "I hope so."
As they were contemplating how to make Rey talk to her, they saw him entering college. Both of them get alert and indicated each other that its time for action.
Swayam immediately went near Rey while Kria hid so that she could hear them.
"Hey Rey, how are you? Vicky said that you were not well. So how are you?" Swayam started to say is all continuously.
Rey did not answer. kept walking. But then he saw Kria hiding, trying to listen what they were talking about. He just gave Swayam a glare and started to walk away.
As he was walking away, Swayam looked at Kria, shrugging his shoulders, as to say he won't answer and he can't do anything. Just then Rey turned and said, "People should say directly what they want to say, and not try to hide. It will not do anything good." and walked away from there.
Kria looked down, a layer of tear forming in her eyes, listening to what he said. Swayam came near her and said, "Hey, don't worry. We just have to get two of you together and we will."
Kria just nodded and both went away.
Here Rey was all confused and angry at Kria, first for not telling him that she was going and second for not telling him why she was going. He was also angry at Swayam for not telling him about her. He would always tell Swayam everything regarding Kria but Swayam his this from him.
All the time in the canteen, he was surrounded by his friends who were asking him where he was for the last two days, how is he feeling now... but he was asking them absent-mindedly, his heart and mind were not in sync. He was just thinking about her.
Here Kria was also in no better condition. She was also thinking as to how to talk to Rey and explain to him about her decision. Finally she got a plan, and went towards Swayam.
Both Swayam and Kria discussed about her plan, first he was reluctant but then he couldn't deny his best friend so he agreed.
In the canteen:
Vicky was telling Rey about his new love, which was not new at all, but he was going on and on about his babu, his neha, day-dreaming.
Suddenly to break his dream, his phone rang. He picked it up all irritated at the person for breaking his dream and said, "What Swayam, you spoiled it all."
(writing only 1 sided conversation)
"What? Kria is not here Swayam. "
"What do you mean? She must be in class only."
"Okay, okay, don't worry, Rey and I are coming."
Rey was not listening but as soon as he heard Kria's name, he wanted to know what was going on.
"Rey, yaar, get up fast. Swayam needs our help. It seems as if Kria is missing and he is really worried."
Rey was startled at the information he got, but he thought that it might be their plan to get him to talk to her. "So, you go, I am not coming."
"C'mon now, our friend needs us and I am not going alone. Get
up ."
Vicky finally managed to get him up and go with him.
As soon as they reached where Swayam called them, the sight before them shocked both of them.
