That is the major difference in Koki and Rashi. Koki may come across as hard nosed but there is a genuine affection within her for Hetal. Rashi on the other hand is selfish, greedy and spoilt. Does she not realise in harming the family until she could harm whatever little progress she has made with Jigar to date.
