Little bit confused

The narrator earlier told that Chandragupta, Chanakya, and Bhadrasal fought first Battle changed the result of that battle, I mean if they won their first battle, then that means Bhadrasal joined Chankya to defeat Dhananda, then why he is thinking of catching Chanakya and giving him to Dhananda??

Or otherwise the narrator meant that they lost their first battle?

nice observation.bhaddu did joined chanakya and he did a fight like a home revolt against dhananda but chanakya did treachery with him and told him to die like a warrior and bhaddu did suicide.

Chanakya and CGM had lost their first battle with D...and Bhadrasaal never joined with CGM to kill D... (thats what i think )

The narrator meant that CGM had lost his first battle...
In Chanakya's plan everything is going on track, but now Bhadrasaal suspects that Chanakya is in Magadh ,so he might ruin their plan...

Then Chanakya will realise his mistake and start attacking D's kingdom from the corners...

So that means Chankya will lose his first battle, but according to their plan, if they lose first battle nothing will be left, they can't lose it at any cost, if they lose they will lose their aim of Akhand Bharat...
