After seeing back back to episodes...when ever a new blew up or change shows up in Arnav they shown him little dull with light beard...this proves us for the wedding he is going to wear a sexy sherwani...

She somehow flirts either by jealousy or shares she will make him wear sherwani...Arnav seeking something wants to win and wears the sherwani...and even plays the joootha game but again looses by seeing kushis beauty innerly,and outside...more over her innocence...this will go more ...no more fast hatred yet...lot to go bcoz wedding is the super hit part for a show to show romance...
