Vaidehi's marraige is not legal

Well if janki is still alive and they never had a divorce isnt vaidehi's wedding illegal. I know SONY wont think about this and they will potray that vaidehi is a sati savitri....

ur right but janki met with an accident which which wasnt janki herself so mayeb the police thought its janki so in dere file dey have janki death and if she cumes back definatly vaidehi's marriage is illegal..and i hope it is so she can get rid of him...

agree wiv u both but still i think Vaidehi wont be able to leave Aryan coz i dont know the reason but i kinda have this feelin that even thou she would want to she wouldnt be able to

Well if Janaki has disapeared for over 7 years then this marriage is legal as the previous marriage is not valid any more on the grounds of "desertion". If a spouse deserts another and there is no information about him/her then that is considered "desertion". Here Janaki has been considered dead . And Janaki has deliberately stayed away from her husband.

But incase its been less than 7 years then Vaidehi's marriage is illegal.

Well, how long has she been declared dead? Was it 5 years or something.
Because the law says (in shows atleast - ekta shows 😆 ) that if its more then 5-7 years, they marriage expires anyways.

well as Aryan's daughter Yuvika is 5 years old this means that Janki definitely died after Yuvika was born so the marriage is illegel as Janki disappeared for less than 5 years

yes this is a common reason of any illegal marriage in tv-serials but there is more to add in this illegal marriage which is Vaidhi didn't know about her husbands being impotent which makes her marriage is illegal and can be drawn by the court, that means she can get the status of being non-married (single) from court
