I dont know why I am not being able to comment more than twice on this article😕

I had commented twice earlier.. And now, even after 6-7 hours, an error is coming😕
There are SO many people who have commented more than twice on the article.. Why am I not being allowed😕
Previously too, when i tried commenting on photos related to a show, an error came saying I can't comment on topics related to a forum more than 3 times in 5 minutes. I tried commenting after half an hour, and again after an hour.. it said the same thing😆
Please help😳
