Regarding Television ranking

Hello all
Well i am wanting to know on what basis is is the television ranking calculated the each category
specially activity on what basis or what is the criteria on which the calculation is done
for activity? and isnt Telly buzz video counted under buzz points?😕

Our points reduced after the strike, when we were expecting an increase, look at the Activity and Views parameters. Activity fell by 47 points and Views 60 points, this has completely eaten into any small gains we made in Rating, Buzz and Followers this week, we actually have less points when not on strike then when we are on strike; 380 (when not on strike) and 439 (when on strike).

As soon as we came off the strike in our forum we had 5 games removed, these were taken out and put in the Games Forum, and we had initially put the drop of Activity to these games, but thinking more on it, we had actually worked really hard to get the number of pages used for the week at a high enough number so we would not take this hit in Activity, therefore the 5 threads for games being removed shouldn't have had this much of an impact on Activity.

We may have stayed in 6th place but the total points drop of 59 points (439 to 380) tells us Saath Nibhana Saathians that it is better to be on Strike for the CM ranking.

It may be bad however for our Television Celebrities as they drop down the rankings when we are on strike, but what difference does it make really? No.1 and No.2 are tied up with Guru and Drashti most definitely as they have over 10,000 fans each, so why bother fighting to be higher up in the TV celebrities ranking when No.1 and No.2 is never going to be achievable when the ranking system is the way it is now. Both stars their show has finished, as TRP is deemed not covering enough of the population we are not allowed to have it as a parameter, we will keep having those stars at No.1 and No.2 forever even though their show is off air. So why bother to fight for TV celebrities rating. Wherever we may end up in the TV celebrities ranking... it's not No.1 that is forever going to be tied up by Guru!!!

Others will say Awards shows, we want our celebrities to remain popular enough for them to get awards, but awards are given to the stars with the highest TRP.

So it is my personal opinion that being on strike is better, as you have higher points in the CM rankings and TV celebrities ranking our stars will forgive us, as we aren't ever going to bring them in as No.1 or even No.2, so what's the use.
