Now coming to the first part, it was as usual speechless
Amazing update Kinza..

Chapter # 2:

Nupur was impatiently waiting for gunjan to pick up the phone as she was truly, madly, deeply PISSED OFF. He had done it again. Mayank Sharma was the only man who could reduce her to such agony.

"so Mr Sharma back into action?", gunjan's voice was full of amusement and nupur felt her anger building up again, "is he ever out of it? That man ..

Gunajn suppressed a giggle and took up the role she had recently be allotted by nupur ' listener of Mayank Sharma versus Nupur Bhushan latest updates.

After half an hour gunjan interrupted Nupur/s tirade and asked in a mock serious one, "nupur you are so lucky yaar, you already have a topic for your \thesis, Mr Mayank Sharma, the tutor"

Nupur knew gunjan was on the verge of laughing, "gunjan I am not in a mood to joke okay.. that man .. that man .. "

And thus it was only after the phone was disconnected, an hour later that gunjan announced , "that man is turning out to be a real threat to my best friend".

It was an hour of constant silence between them and Nupur's mind was working hard on how to increase Mayank's general knowledge about her, so the general knowledge test which she was supposed to prepare from the book infront of her was left forgotten .

"I am obliged to take the test from this, *tapping at the book lying in front of her* book, until you find something more interesting or educating on my face "

Nupur passed him the most terrifying glare and yet again met his eyes, quietly challenging her.

Smiling sweetly, nupur replied, "no sir, I can never find anything interesting on your face", her smile broadened when she saw his jaws clench but otherwise he was still as calm as ever.

But Mayank Sharma was not calm at all. Trying hard to control his anger, he asked, "shall I take the test then?"

He leaned back with his arms folded on his chest and felt a notch of his patience loosing when he saw her reflecting his pose and reply, "whenever you are ready".

Mayank instantly picked up the book and the battle shifting to questions fired by mayank and answers fired by nupur with the same calm and confident tone mayank prided on himself.

Just when nupur thought she won, mayank threw a question that made her frown and his lips instantly turned into a mocking, satisfied smile, "I advice you to concentrate more on ur book next time, especially when u can't ever find anything interesting on my face". With this he handed her the book and stood up to take his leave announcing, ":I will take the whole book test tomorrow, *opening the door* until of course you have to go to another of yours' friends birthday party, in which case u can tell me YOU CAN'T"

With every ounce of strength nupur held back form throwing the book at him, she said, "I will be ready tomorrow"
