As it was a big enough purchase when the bill was delivered it had the signature on the delivery note (Kinjal's signature), also her brother should know the handwriting of the sister, so the card she gave with the necklace should be sufficient proof. But if he wants to ask his mother (the first paragraph) that will also provide more proof.
