What to do if members feel the forum MOD is biased

i have a little question...what should members do when members of a certain forum think that the forum MOD is biased towards one fan group and is not giving any heed to other fan group😊

Yes!!! We need to know what we are required to do.

I mean IF is such a big name and there must have been a grievance cell or something like this.

Yes pls tell us wht are the members supposed to do when moderators are biased towards a certain Fan Group.

This has been going on for a long time nw. Pls give us some solution
