To give scrap, take your favourite serial and click on cast on the above bar(containing cast, about show, overview,video...) in the forum.You will get the cast list.Click on the celebrity you wish to comment.
then a page pop up. There,

Comment on Actor/Actress name

(everything from quick facts, opinions, fanmails to controversies goes here)

A rectangle box

(Minimum 25 characters)

will come.if you are logged in, you will see this..Write in the dialogue box and click submit button.
