I doubt he can hurt her intentionally like it. His thick skull might filter most of his emotions, but he's still a practical person. Gopi has done a lot of things that have pissed him off, but he has never thought of getting back at her. Sure the guy beats his chest in anger about it, but doesn't think of revenge...🤔
