Hum Ne Li hai Shapath at 10:20pm on Life OK: Shikha's junior, Radhika has been murdered in her hostel room and Senior Inspector Abhigyaan is given charge of the murder case. Abhigyaan reaches the hostel and starts investigating but gets confused with fingerprints on walls and slotted throat of Radhika. While investigating, Abhigyaan finds Shikha's number in her personal diary and informs Shikha regarding the same.

What will be Abhigyaan's next course of action? How will Shikha deal with the murder mystery?
