DOTW:Mihir and Tulsi after the 2nd Leap

Hello Everyone,

I would like everyone to give their opinion on Tulsi and Mihir's character after the 2nd leap. Discussions can be in points or paragraphs, it can be in comparisan to their characters Pre-leap. But discussion must be restricted to Tulsi and Mihir not Smriti and Ronit. No personal attacks whatsoever on actors or the I-F members. Only friendly discussions or constructive criticism is allowed. I will start first and everyone's opinion will follow.

Tulsi: Tulsi before the leap was very loving and caring Human being, lived her entire life for her family. She always fought for TRUTH only. No matter who is in front of her, she fought for Truth till the end. But she had a very soft heart within her, which showed her love for her family. She always trusted her friends and family but her trust was brutally broken by her friend Meera and her husband Mihir himself since Mihir blamed her for everything wrong happened in the house.

Tulsi after the leap was totally a different character. She lived for 20 years away from her family and raised a girl picked up from the road. Tulsi left her family for good becuase she had no interest in material things. She just enjoyed her life on the banks of Ganga, getting all the blessings from Maa Ganga and raised KT without demanding anything in return from GOD except MOKSH.

Mihir: After Tulsi's death(Supposedly), Mihir realised the importance of Tulsi in his life. People has always compared Mihir and Tulsi as Ram and Seeta's jodi. Mihir thought, he has no reason to live and he lost all his interest in Material things like business, kids and other family. He spent 20 years doing nothing but getting drunk and crying in Tulsi's memory.

How do you justify Mihir's life after the leap. Don't you think, he should have done something better than penalising and torturing himself in Tulsi's absence. I don't think this is what Tulsi's love and sacrifice had taught him.

What do you guys think???

See, Firstly everybody blamed Mihir for whatever happened to Tulsi- Even Today except for Baa nobody worries for him. The rest of em have their respective reasons to live- some need to have their tycoon status to maintain while some others-need to struggle hard in order to provide their kids with a secure future-rest are happy seeing their children happy!!!!
Mihir spent all his life supporting his family as best he could- The Business as faar as he could- He loved Tulsi even more than his own life- The guilt of losing her just coz of his obstinacy was enough to tell upon him. His children are doing wonders with their business- Do they need him to guide them any longer??!!?? These X-Gen People know everything themselves-They have their own world-He has nothing to give them!
He is bound to feel lost and separated coz for him he has lost his life with Tulsi.
I still feel HE is the Only One who can sort out these differences that have evolved between brothers and all the mismatches and ego clashes that have been prevailing in the family, but the thing is he's not interested! If Only Tulsi comes back to him, Im sure we'll get to see Our Mihir Virani back in action-ready to go to any extent for his family's well being.

For Mihir i think tht Tulsi was his life so when she left he found himself very alone and after losing Tulsi no1 luked after him which made lead him to cut himself 4m all this worldly leisure......As sunny said Mihir can solve all the probs in SN but in an episode Mihir said tht after Tulsi went away he does not have strength to do anything or to bear anything which he is least bothered abt wat is going around.....but i m sure 1ce Tulsi cums back everything will be fine wid him and both MT together will solve probs in SN and as far as Tulsi is concerned she is still living in an impression tht Mihir married Meera after she went away so can't say anything abt her till she cums to know abt the truth of Mihir and Meera

Exactly.. Tulsi feels Mihir is happily married to Meera, so even she has been trying to be happy raising KT over these years!!! I so wana see her reaction once she comes to kno..Mihir never married Meera... but spent all these years remembering her-

yeah me too eagerly waiting for MT to meet but now the focus is on KT and Manthan in college......hope they meet as soon as possible

I agree with both of you that Tulsi also is under wrong impression that Mihir is happily married to Meera. But at least Tulsi still prays for her family's well being but Mihir is least interested in anybody's well being because he thinks he lost Tulsi, therefore he lost everything. My questios is: Is this what Tulsi's love had taught Mihir all those 30-40 years they lived together? I believe that Love is sacrifice. If you love a person and that person is no more, what ever the circumstances were for the death of your better half, you should still live the rest of the life for your lover and fulfil his/her dreams and try to do the things that you couldn't do when your loved one was there. If only Mihir had lived a normal life and take care of the kids, Baa, Business and Shantiniketan, only then I appreciated that he had paid back for the mistakes he made when Tulsi was there.

BTW, thanks everyone for participating. Please continue, there are lots of things need to be discussed about Mihirr and Tulsi.

Well i think Mihir is not least concerned he still thinks abt family but he doesn't get into the matter as b4......in 1 episode he said to Baa tht he can stop everything tht is happening in SN but he doesn't have strength to do anything or to bear anything as Tulsi was his strength so he just watching tht is going on in the family without speaking anything but he is concerned......remember when Sahil came home drunk he was worried abt him but didn't speak anything
