for me college .. is like two separate things..

Here its a Bit different.. we start college. but we do like pre-reqs . and once we take all the classes .. we apply for the major.. whether it is nursing , medical , engineering , pharm. , for Profession college and then you get in . .

for me College . was like 13th grades and immature people

but once nursing school started it was a whole New world.. and thats where i met people who were like in their 30's - 40's , even had a granny in my class ..

Hell NO >> I AM DEAD SERIOUS !!!!!! she was like 50 plus years old.. and lord .. she was always in my clinical group .. so had spent more then 14 weeks with her . at New york Downtown hospital, lord she was soo lazy .. .. I was the Youngest person in my class. we started out with 50 people and you know my graduating class was less then 24 people..

Half of them couldn't take it .. its very hard.. cause here. Nursing is a different ballpark .. Dr. Only come in the morning for their rounds and leave.. after an hour.. the nurses have to do everything else.. and even if they Code.. we have to save them .. from medications to wound dressing to teaching everything we do .. and alot of people can;t handle that much pressure on them ..

And the way we are humiliated and embarrassed , ohh the professors here don't mess around .. they are Mean and Strict.. and tough little cookies.. but in this field you have to be tough ..

yeah, i believe nursing is tough thn bein a doc. when my cousin was doin mbbs, he learnt many things frm nursing staff
