Recap: Arnav doesn't remember that Khushi is married to him. He is back home and is not happy to find her there. He thinks she is after his money. Khushi starts to faint at his words since it reminds her of things Shyam had said.
Arnav watched as she started to fall down. His mind was rebutting the idea of helping her but when he saw the look on her face a soft plea escaped his mouth as he said, "Khushi". Not sure of what took over him and what he was actually doing, he ran to her aid before she fell. Grabbing her by the waist, he crashed her into his chest since he pulled her really hard, not even sure why he was applying so much strength as if he was even a bit weak she would fall.
Her head rested on his chest as she went limp in his arms. Without a second thought of where he was or what he was doing, Arnav picked Khushi up and took her to the sofa in his arms. Once there, he laid her down, her head resting on the couch's arm rest. He shook her arm slowly and gently, trying to wake her up but she did not move.
The whole family had by now gathered around Khushi and were watching intently as Arnav tried to revive his wife. When Arnav felt there piercing stares on his back, he realized what he was doing and instantly moved away from the disaster named Khushi Kumari Gupta. The one who always confuses me'
He watched as Di and Payal quickly replaced his position and attempted to wake her up. Arnav heard her muttering something about Shyamji which made him want to lean in and hear more. Jiju? Why is she talking about jiju? but he didn't question since other important affairs had to be discussed, such as why the hell is she here?
"Mami! What is Khushi doing here?!" Arnav asked, vaguely remembering that Mami hated Khushi.
"Hello Hi Bye Bye. Arnav Bitwaa! You don't know what she is doing here? If you don't know what she is doing here then how are we to know?!" Mami responded, shocking Arnav.
He turned to ask Di the same thing and was surprised by her answer as well.
"Chotey! How could you!!" Di said, looking at him as if he was the reason Khushi had fainted.
Anger pulsed through him as he realized his question was still unanswered. How did she do it?! How did she turn all of my family against me in such a short time period?! Khushi Kumari Gupta. I underestimated you. I thought you just wanted money. I guess not. You also want status in society don't you? That doesn't matter though Ms. Gupta. My family members don't know you which is why they like you so much, but I know you. I know your real personality. I know what you are and I will make sure that my family does not fall prey to your bholi she surat.
Khushi had felt Arnav support her when she had almost fallen. She looked up at him now and saw that he was now back to ASR mode. She mentally prepared herself for the yelling she was bound to get but he surprised her, as always.
"Akash! What is she doing here?!" Arnav roared, done with all of the lousy answers the females of the house were giving him.
Khushi looked at her Jiju, wondering what he would say now. Haye Devi Maiyya! Raksha Karna! Bechara Jiju! Please don't let Arnav take out his anger on me towards Jiju!
Akash looked shocked at the question he had been asked. He was not sure how to answer but he knew that his answer would change everything. He remembered the doctor's words unwillingly. Don't stress the patient out too much. Stress on remembering details he does not remember will not help him at all. It will slow down the progress of recovery for the patient.
Without another thought, Akash said the first thing that came in mind, "She is my Sali Bhai! Meaning Payal's sister! So she is here living with us! And she will be here for a long time," Akash said, adding the last part when he saw his brother's glare.
"What the?! Does she not have a sasural to live in since she is married?!?!" Arnav asked furious that Khushi Kumari Gupta was now related to him in a way.
I wonder why it bothers me to see her like this' In a married woman fashion! With everything to the dot' She must really love her husband' Arnav thought, sneering at the idea.
I hope you liked it! Please leave comments and likes! They really do make a difference! Thanks
