did anyone notice that the semis in Delhi and Cal were being lip synced?
that's cheating isn't it? since this is all meant to be about singing and
being judged on the spot?

Of course we noticed.. Ujjaini was jumping around so much, she could barely stop for breath, let alone sing.. they're bad actors 🤢

Seeing Ujjaini's jumps, I just recalled what Sonu Nigam said to Antara Mitra in Indian Idol 2 when she performed on 'Ruki Ruki Thi Zindagi' - he said, 'Jab gaana gaa rahe hain naa aap, tab chaliye aur kudiye kamm. Gaana bigarjata hain isse.' He made that comment when she was trying to concentrate more on performance rather than singing and messed up the song. But for Ujjaini, the plus point was the songs were pre-recorded.
