Shashi-Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt Ltd show Haar Jeet, aired on Imagine, has been hogging the lime light as it will take a leap of 8 to 10 years, tonight. And the viewers will witness more twists and turns in the lives of two grown up sisters Mahika (Heena Parmar) and Ishita (Neha Sargam). As reported earlier, Kashif Khan will essay the role of Sahil the male lead.
And the latest news that is floating in from the sets is that yesteryears' talented actress Vidya Sinha who appeared in shows like Zaara, Bhabhi, and Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai has been roped into a play a prominent role in the show. The veteran actress will play the role of Sharda Devi, Sahil's grand mother in the show and has already started shooting.
When contacted, Vidya Sinha confirmed the news: "I am happy to be back with the production house. I have worked with them before so it's like a home coming for me. Shashi and Sumeet are the nicest people to work with." Elaborating more on her character, Vidya said, "I am playing the character of a business woman, who is a nice, loving and caring grand mother."
