This should hopefully cause kareena to stop blindly loving Tushar.
In an earlier episode after the wedding Fiasco, Prem tells his mom that he will be her friend if thats what he wants. That wcould explain the cooling off on his side.
Kareena is pretending that there is nothing -- remember she chides him that he could not be a good boyfriend.
